Objective Discussion the role of toxicity of the Herbicide Butacalor on the brain and liver of the Bufo bufo gargarizans. Reveals the influnce of butacholr on the central nervous system of the toads. For the toxicity of butachlor on the role of biological organisms to provide basic information.Methods After coefficient of determination of brain factor and liver.Using physiological and biochemical means to measure the brain and liver of Bufo bufo in anti-superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) and protein content. Using glass microelectrodes recorded toad telencephalon neuronal electrical activity.And using HE staining observed cross-section of toad telencephalon hippocampus slices.Results Compared with the control group, the brain coefficient after exposure to reduce,and the liver coefficient increased.Brain and liver protein content in corresponding changes in its coefficient. In the experimental group, the brain protein content were lower than the control group, The changes in liver protein content is different from the brain protein, Each experimental group with the exposure time increases, an increasing trend of liver protein content. SOD activity showed the brain was induced by exposure to early and later was inhibited, the activity of SOD in liver decreased; CAT activity in brain and liver had similar changes, with increasing exposure time decreased, but CAT activity in the liver than the brain; Mean MDA content increased. Electrophysiological recording to the results, With the exposure time and concentration increased, end single neurons in the hippocampus significantly increased the proportion of the discharge, and a single cluster, cluster continuous discharge, and irregular discharge significantly reduced or even disappear; Amplitude of individual discharges occur in low concentrations first increased then decreased, while in the high concentration group, with the increase in the number of days the amplitude is lower, continuous discharge frequency also decreased. Histological sections were observed, with the exposure time and concentration increased, hippocampus cells showed autolysis, the concentration of group 6d obviously when it is exposed to 30mg·L-, the lateral ventricle There is also surrounded by autolysis.Conclusion Herbicide can reduce the coefficient of the Bufo bufo brain and increase the coefficient of the Bufo bufo liver.Decreased the brain and liver protein content.
