Studies On Irrigation Project's Sustainable Development In Yellow River Irrigation Area

The Yellow River is the mother of our country , and the area is China's important agricultural production zone. The Yellow River basin of agricultural production has a direct relation to China's food security. The irrigation area lies mainly in the Yellow River downstream and it has provide water security to the local national economic development. However , because of years operation of the irrigation area, factors that seriously hindered the Sustainable development appeared. The article has disused the necessity of Sustainable development based on the Yellow building operation condition and irrigation management system and the exploration of the irrigation road of sustainable developmentThe article has six parts: the first part is introduction , which mainly about the research background, purpose and meaning ,the review of the existing research results, the researching methods and contents and the innovation points and existence deficiency; the second part is the analysis of the necessary of the sustainable development to the Yellow River irrigation area, based on the brief introduction of the theory, the discussion is elaborated from three parts: Irrigation water resources utilization condition, infrastructure construction and operation condition and the Irrigation management system status. The third part is the analysis of the main factors that hindered the sustainable development of the irrigation area. Technical factors involves: water-saving technology reform, sediment comprehensive utilization technology, overburden settling basin sedimentation crops technology. Non-technological factors involves: institutional factors, policy factor and the factor of ideas. The forth part is mainly about the exploration of the irrigation road of sustainable development in Wei Shan of Shandong province. Take Wei Shan irrigation area for example, the project construction ,management mode and faced problems of the area is discussed in this part; the fifth part is the analysis of the countermeasure aimed to realize the sustainable development of the area. Technical measures and management measures are involved in this part; the sixth part is the summary and the perspective view of the article.The main achievements obtained in this article is as follows: firstly, correct concept to the sustainable development in Yellow River Irrigation should be set up; secondly, it is important measures to introduce the implementing water-saving irrigation transformation, the complete project construction and mud treatment to realize the sustainable development. Thirdly, Establish efficient orderly water management mode is a effective way.
