Especially in China, China's large population, available water resources is limited, how to make limited water resources to play a bigger role, before us is a major issue.Tongliao city agriculture is in from traditional agriculture to modern agricultural transformation period of history. And we modern agriculture will require a higher royal hong KangLao, drought, etc, the ability to withstand natural disasters, and we also required to achieve the effective of water resources as possible, thus realize modernization by operation mode. Since it is the modern agriculture, it is that the size of the moisture content of the soil around the high temperature environment, such as environmental requirements crop growth, will be higher for the agricultural production watered the important link, we through the time, water water location, etc to control. To the production process in various control variables can be changing anytime, anywhere, to achieve the process control requirements, ensure quality. Irrigation Meanwhile to the system reliability was analyzed, using a many to improve reliability of measures to improve the system reliability, achieve the purpose of timely right amount water.
