The test used cotton stem as the main raw material of Flammulina velutipes to explore the key technical indicators of Flammulina velutipes cultivation.The experiment is divided into four parts:to explore the effect of the medium with different carbon-nitrogen ratio on the growth rate of the flammulina,the test of the different effects on the output and nutritional proteins;optimization test of the pH data of the cotton stem media,optimization test of the moisture content of the cotton stem media;selection of the fine Flammulina velutipes cultivated with the cotton stem:1 The cotton seeds shells,the cotton stem and the husk of wheat as the main training material with different carbon-nitrogen ratio to grow the Flammulina velutipes in order to explore the effect of the medium with different carbon-nitrogen ratio on the growth rate,output and the protein nutritions of the Flammulina velutipes.the paper showed that:the Flammulina velutipes mycelium growth rate and the carbon-nitrogen ratio is proportional in the mediumbetween the ratio of 25:1 ~ 60:1 ratio,while when the carbon-nitrogen ratio is greater than 40:1, with the higher carbon-nitrogen ratio of material culture,the Flammulina tends to have less output with the increase of the carbon-nitrogen ratio.After the test,we found the best protein nutrition comes from the Flammulina velutipes with the training material of 45:1 carbon-nitrogen ratio,and that grown in the training material of 45:1 carbon-nitrogen ratio has the second best protein nutrition.2 The cotton stem media with different pH does have apparent influence to the growth rate of the Flammulina,output and the biological efficiency.The Flammulina growth slow down with the increase pH of the media while the output and the biological efficiency grows gradually; but the biological efficiency drops when the pH of the media before the sterilization is more than 8.4,but the difference is not big.Among all the experiment;experiment E (pH :8.4 before sterilization ) provide with the highest output and biological efficiency,and there are not so many differences of output among experiment E and D((pH:8.2 before sterilization ),experiment F (pH :8.5 before sterilization ),but the experiment E has the slowest growth rate,which declares.it can only shorten the growth cycle of the target while can not reflect the final output.The appropriate pH before sterilization is between 8.2-8.5,and 8.0-8.2 after sterilization.3 The optimization test on the moisture content of the cotton stem media shows: the Flammulina velutipes can grow in the media with 54%-66% moisture content.And the Flammulina growth faster in the media with 56%-64% moisture content,while the output and biological efficiency is higher in the experiment E(62),experiment F(64%) and experiment H (66%).Considering all the data,the suitable moisture content for the cultivation of 54%-66% moisture content happens in the experiment E and experiment F:between 62%-64% .4 After analyzing the differences of the 6 microbial strain on the Flammulina growth rate,growth condition,output and biological efficiency of the fruiting body based on the cotton stem media, the test shows:the white microbial strain on the Jinbai No.8 has the following features: Flammulina grows good,thick,strong,averaging ,neat and white with the faster growth speed,shorter hypHae reproduction period,higher output and biological efficiency,and the sample has the same neat shapes with higher commercial values than the other samples.
