Flammulina velutipes is a famously nutritious fungus, especially rich in proteins, polysaccharides, potassium, nucleosides, cellulose. Which earned its name as "Puzzle mushroom". In2013, the daily production of Flammulina velutipes in China is2678.65tons. Flammulina velutipes cultivation has the highest production and the most mature technology among our factory cultivated mushroom. Flammulina velutipes disease has become a major restriction to enhance economic efficiency of facility Flammulina velutipes cultivation.This experiment focused on the environment of Flammulina velutipes cultivation facility, monitored the environment of inoculation room and cooling room for five months using improved air sampling method, recorded the species and distribution of environmental microbiome in clean room and investigated current condition of disease occurrence. Several different species of pathogenic microbe are separated, with their pathogenicity tested and verified. The main results are as follows:1. The sampling efficiency of MAS-100eco air sampler sampling method is better than disk sedimentation method under different environment. In clean room, MAS-100eco air sampler use SDA medium for fungi and TSA medium for bacteria respectively, sampling time works best at7min.2. In cooling room and inoculation room, number of bacteria were higher than fungi in the air, in inoculation room, personnel flows have higher effect on number of airborne microbiome.3. In clean room, Penicillium sp. and Cladosporium sp. are the largest fungi colonies, constitutes more than75%of the total fungus population in clean room. As for bacteria, Bacillus sp. and Pseudomonas sp. are the largest two species, making up more than45%of the total bacteria population.4. According to the Koch’s Postulation, Pseudomonas gessardii and Erwinia amylovora, can inhibit the recovering process of Flammulina velutipes mycelia fungus after scratch. Pseudomonas gessardii is the pathogen of lily flowers macular disease, Erwinia amylovora is lily flowers root rot pathogens.5. Through the mixed bacteria and the Flammulina velutipes mycelium confrontation training experiment it is found that Trichoderma harzianum, Trichoderma asperellum, Hypocrea lixii, Aspergillus Niger, Aspergillus Niger, Aspergillus flavus, Penicillium marneffei, Rhizopus microsporus, Lichtheimia corymbifera, Cladosporium oxysporum, after the Fusarium chlamydosporum, Ceriporia lacerata, Schizophyllum commune, Irpex lacteus than Flammulina velutipes mycelium growth speed, and Trichoderma harzianum could grow on the cover of the needle mushroom mycelium growth compost.
