Lily is the famous flowering bulbs, its bulb has the characteristics of spontaneous sleep. Mastering the hibernation feature Lily bulbs and fast breaking dormancy is Lily post-harvest treatment is the key to successfully implement the annual cut flower production. This study to lily varieties Concorde and Sorbonne for materials, on Oriental Lily bulbs low temperature dormancy period of changes and low temperature dormancy future growth and development of research, with an explicit Lily bulbs dormancy mechanisms to lay the foundation, and as a final solution to the domestic breed Lily bulb to provide theoretical basis. The main test findings are as follows:1.By comparison, the morphology of the Lily bulbs in low-temperature dormancy period, its new buds constantly elongation, when new shoots around the top 1.0cm distance bulbs, or the growing point when the buds are located in different vertical height of 2/3,this form index can be considered a reference indicator of lily bulbs to break dormancy.2. At 2℃cold processing, Concorde various parts of the endogenous hormone content were higher than Sorbonne.3.Sorbonne processing at the different temperatures as follows:the buds of GA3 content in the highest, followed by ZT content; roots the highest content of IAA t, ZT declining tendency; outer scales and inner scales of the IAA content will be affected by temperature influence gradually increased or decreased; the ABA contents and changes in the inner and outer bud scales and Bud are large affected by temperature; root ABA content in very low, a declining trend.4.Sorbonne treatments at different temperatures on bub endogenous hormones are more significant.5.Low temperature processing on the Sorbonne hormone ratio in the study found,with Lily bulbs dormancy, bulbs in each part of GA3/ABA,IAA/ABA, ZT/ABA is similar to the trend. Bud of each the hormone ratio throughout the treatment period rendering a decreasing-increasing change process, the various hormone in the root of the rise, especially GA3/ABA, IAA/ABA more significant, the inner and outer scales of each hormone ratio changed little, each part of each hormone ratio were dealing with changes in the first 7d significant difference, indicating the early stage of Lily bulb is the temperature on the impact of the critical period.6. The field experiment shows,2℃after cold storage handling 50d is the best time for planting bulbs,2℃handle a maximum height of 50d.
