Study On Population Ecology And Control Of Woolly Apple Aphid Eriosoma Lanigerum (Hausmann) In Ili-Valley Of Xinjiang

Woolly apple aphid, Eriosoma lanigerum (Hausmann) is an quarantine pest, and brings harm to the apple production.In the 2004, it starts to invade Xin jiang Ili-Valley and harm more serious.This text it shows that systemically research in Ili-Valley from 2008 to 2009 distribution of woolly apple aphid damage,over winter, host plants, natural enemies and control,the main conclusions are as follows:Woolly apple aphid Eriosoma lanigerum (Hausmann) distributing seven counties:Yining, Gongliu, Huocheng,Qapqa1,Xin yuan,Nilka, Tekas and one city Ili.and endanger area reaches 1.33×106hm2.There are about12～15generations per year and it can safely over winter in nature condition.Nymphae exceed winter at the location of bud branch of tree radix,stock, bough, saw mouth of side branch,knurr,under the old bark, tree slot, axil of new tip,end of short fruiter,under the dead wood shatter, soil layer of root stock periphery0cm～7cm,soil horizon over winter. Trees and tree bark crack is higher than survival rates. By the end of April every year the exceed winter insects come into play and transfer.Annual pinnacle of transferring appears in the early of June,and one day pinnacle appears between 15:00～17:00.There is a propagate fastigium at mid-June,appears wing aphid at mid-September, at the end of October or at the early of November woolly apple aphid starts to exceed the winter.At present there is 13 types of natural enemies for woolly apple aphid.Parasitic wasps and ladybirds have distinct controlling effect among them.The percentage of parasitism by parasitic wasps reached to 98.7%.The result showed that the adult Coccinella septempunctata(Linnaeus)functional response is Na=2.333TtNo/1+0.0268N0 belonged to Holling's typeⅡ.instantaneous attack ratio and the best search density are a=2.33, Th=0.0269d.The mathematical model of disturbing reaction is E=0.7168e-0.6949.Occurness of woolly apple aphid have osculation mutuality with temperature,host plants,management of garden.12.4day for woolly apple aphid complete for one generation under the condition of 25℃～28℃.It is found that woolly apple aphid only exists on apple trees, seriously on the sort of Hong fu shi and Hong yuan shuai.The results showed that by use of 40%Lorsban EC 2000 times,2.4% Avermectin EC 1000 times and 3.0% Acetamiprid WP 1 OOOtimes in field to control woolly apple aphid, the control effect against woolly apple aphid reached respectively 100%,96.16%and 80% for 15days later. By use of 40% phoxim EC1 000 times, 1.2%Matrine.Nicotine EC 1 000times Watering the Root, control effect were 95% and 91%, They had significant control effect.
