Effects Of Mineral Elments, Vitamins And Hormones On Reproduction Performance In DuoLang Ewes

Trial I:Study the effects of mineral elements and vitamins on reproductive abilitV.blood serum hormone,and blood serum biochemical indicator in Duolang ewes.In this trial,divided Duolang ewes with three groups,according to age and weight.The control group is a natural oestrus group.The first treatlnent group was provided with cuprum 50mg,iodum 50mg,zinc 600rag,selenium 2mg,which in artificial flushing of'every sheep per day before oestrus time.After breeding,provided cuprum 20mg,iodum 2.5rag,zinc 1 00mg,selenium 0.5mg,which in artificial flushing of every sheep per day.The second treatment group, provided Vitamin—A five hundred and thousand IU,Vitamin.E eight hundred IU before Oestrus times and (Vitamin-A fifty thousand IU,Vitamin—E five hundred IU)in pregnant times per day of every sheep.The results showed that:1.When the supplied mineral and vitamin to exceed the tolerance Of sheep may decrease the rate of oestrus and conception,and restrain the level of P4,E3,LH.2.The vitamin of dairv forage can increase the rate of the lambing and the CO—lambing,and provided the mineral can increase the CO_lambing,also.3.Mineral can decrease albumin contents of serum,and increase total serum protein,serum globulins after breeding.4.The high level of vitamin would decrease the albumin,total serum prOtein,serum globulins,and urea nitrogen contents of blood serum.Trial II:Study the effects of different hormone on reproductive ability and blood serum hormone inDuolang ewes.In this trial,divided Duolang ewes with three groups,according to age and weight.The control group IS a natural oestrus group.The first treatment group is:after the tenth day of bury thehormone,then,inject the FSH six times in three days by decrement methods,as foilow:the tenth day 60lU/time,the eleven day 50 IU/time,the twelve 40 IU/time.The second treatment group:inject the PMSG 500IU before take off the pistom on 48 hour times.The results showed that:The external hormonegrouping(PG+ClDR+FSH+hCG)was helpful to prompt the rate of oestrus and co—lanlbing,but it can notdevelop the rates of fecundation.
