This study was conducted to investigate the effects of probiotics in instead of antibiotics on growth performance and intestinal canal animalcule of growing pigs. This study was comprise of two experiments. In Exp.l A total 96 of growing pigs(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire),weighted about 20kg, were randomly assigned to 4 groups, with 4 replicates per group and 6 pigs per replicate. Half of each replicate were female pigs, and the another half were male pigs. The experiment last 35d.The control group diet was basal diet added colistin 20PPm.Group I was fed with basal diet added 0.01% probiotic A(Bacillus Licheniformis). Group II was fed with basal diet added 0.02% probiotic B(Bacillus Subtilis). GroupIII was fed with basal diet added 0.1% probiotic C(Bacillus Cereus). The results were as follows:(1) Compared with control group, average daily gain of groupⅠwas significantly increased (P<0.05) and the feed/gain ration had tend to decreased in groupⅠalthough inapparent(P>0.05).GroupⅡandⅢhave the effect to improve average daily gain and feed/gain ration were inferior to groupⅠ(2) Compared with control group, serum SOD and GSH-Px enzymatic activity tend to increase in the experimental groups and serum MDA content was decreased. But these changes were inapparent(P>0.05).Compared with control group, the concentration of serum glucose was tended to increase by added probiotics in basal diet. The serum glucose concentration of groupⅢwas the highest. The concentration of serum urea nitrogen of experimental groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and serum urea nitrogen of groupⅢwas the lowest. Serum AST enzymatic activity tend to decease in the experimental group but were inapparent. In Exp.2 A total 96 of growing pigs(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire), weighted about 20kg, were randomly assigned to 4 groups, with 4 replicates per group and 6 pigs per replicate. Half of each replicate were female pigs, and the another half were male pigs. Experiment last 35d。The control group diet was basal diet added colistin 20PPm.The experimental groups were fed with basal diet added different concentration gradients probiotic A. GroupⅠwas fed with basal diet added 0.01% probiotic A. GroupⅡwas fed with basal diet added 0.015% probiotic A. GroupIII was fed with basal diet added 0.02% probiotic A. The results were as follows:(1) Compared with control group, average daily gain of groupⅡwas tended to increase and the feed/gain ration had tend to decrease. Among three different experimental groups, average daily gain of groupⅡwas significantly higher than groupⅠ,and the feed/gain ration was lower than groupⅠand groupⅡ.(2) The fecal emission of ammonia of groupⅡwas significantly lower than control group;the fecal emission of ammonia of groupⅠand groupⅢwas lower than control group. The fecal emission of ammonia tend to decrease when pigs were fed with diet added probiotics. And this decrease the environment pollution by the fecal(3) In contrast to control group, the amount of Escherichia coli was not different; the amount of Lactobacillus was significantly increased; the amount of Bifidobacterium was tended to increase. The result of groupⅡwas the best among three experimental groups.According to the growth performance, antioxidant status and blood biochemical index,P and fecal emission of ammonia, the diet added 0.01% microbial ecological agents A((Bacillus Licheniformis) got the best application effect in Exp.1. According to growth performance, fecal emission of ammonia and fecal microorganism content, the diet added 0.015%microbial ecological agents A (groupⅡ)got the best application effect in Exp.2.
