| Land resources is the foundation of human survival and development, it is also the source of human wealth. In order to alleviate the contradictions between human and land, improving the land resources utilization and protecting the ecological environment, our country began to carry out mine land reclamation. At present, Land reclamation rate in Hebei province is just 6%, but in American, the rate had reached to 80% in 1977. Therefore, it is imperative for Hebei province to carry out reclamation of abandoned lands of mines. There are many measures for mine land reclamation. Mainly includes water conservancy measures, vegetation restoration, land renovation, soil improvement and so on. Among them, water conservancy measures are the key. Surface plastic and farmland recovery are the most important and the most typical technologies in mine land reclamation. Agricultural land cannot exist without irrigation and drainage, Irrigation engineering and technology determines the quality and level of agricultural land, and also determines crop yield and benefit, they are important technical support in mine land reclamation. Consequently, irrigation and water conservancy measures in mine land reclamation are appropriate construction or not, construct to be what kind of standards have been the most significant problem.In this paper, international and domestic papers were cited, methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation were combined to analysis data. Finally, the result was verified by samples of mine land reclamation in Hebei province. The main achievements are as following:(1)Coal, iron, ore are the main mine reclamation area in hebei province were obtained through the analysis of hebei province mine. Natural characteristics and economic conditions were also analyzed in those three kinds of mine reclamation area.(2)According to the characteristics of mine reclamation area ,the evaluation index system of suitability of irrigation and water conservancy measures in mine reclamation area in Hebei province is set up through the method of qualitative analysis mainly, according to the constructing principles of the evaluation index system and combining with the characteristics of mine land. It involves the following aspects: socioeconomic status, water resources, soil resources, climate characteristics, and topography condition. The feature of the index system is paying more attention to the characteristics of mine land reclamation. And then the evaluation index system was used actually, the result indicates the evaluation index system has certain practicability.(3) The index weights were determined by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Suitability is divided into five level standards by the expert evaluation method. And also the corresponding score intervals have been determined. The suitability of the construction of irrigation and water conservancy measures is also evaluated.(4) Each index data in this index system is easily obtained and has practical value which were certified through an application example. Through analysis of the evaluation results, the result is consistent with the actual situation in the main. Finally, the key effect factors of construction of irrigation and water conservancy measures were analyzed for providing basis of choice of irrigation and water conservancy measures in mine reclamation area and their standards. |
