The structure of the kidney and the testis of Rana chensinensis in LaoShan Mountains was studied by using hitological and histochemical methods in this thesis. The Microstructure, ultrastructure, rules of growing development and the annual variation of kidney characteristics and the microstructure, type of the Spermatozoon and the annual variation of the testis is studied. The main results are as follows:1.We have studied the annual variations of kidney in Rana chensinensis which is collect in Laoshan Mountains from September 2008 to August 2009.The adaptability of different physiological states and the structure of nephron is analyzed. The cooperation of glomerulus and kidney tubules ensure the ability of reabsorption of water at different time. By adjusting the rates of glomerular filtration tubular diameter and epithelial height relative which change their water absorption capacity and metabolic waste of the body, nephron discharge capacity to maintain normal body fluid osmotic pressure to adapt to different seasons of the physiological state to ensure that a stable environment within the body.2, By using histochemical methods(periodic acid-Schiff,Acid phoaphatase,Alkaline phosphatase), we observe the relationship of Rana chensinensis in different physiological periods and the changes of annual variation. There is an obvious different reactions of glycogen and alkaline phosphataseamong among different months of the male Rana kidney. The reaction of acid phosphatase was no significant phenomenon throughout the year.13, Studied by immunohistochemical method on aquaporin 2 in kidney which play an important role in the kindey and found a significant change througth the year. There existence a certain links between AQP2 and the glomerular filtration and the tubular re-absorption.4, We determine the type of testis is the small tubles by microstructure. The generating process of Spermatozoon is potential continuous type. Within the testis seminiferous tubules before, during and after the hibernation also showed a cyclical change.
