The study was designed in Yucheng of Dezhou experiment station Chinese academy of agricultural sciences from 2009 to 2010.Used corn and wheat as the materials to study the effects on yield, nutrients absorption of crops and fertility character on soil by using fertilizer material, N, P, K by using different fertilizer application patterns and different fertilizer depth. The main results are an fllows:1 The yield will be increased by using more fertilizer.Concentrated fertilization could increased the yield and biomass more than the fertilizer were mixed used on the one-time fertilization experiment of Fertilizer material when the fertilizer used less than 180kg/ha. And then used more the fertilizer, the yield and biomass of the concentrated fertilization and the fertilizer were mixed used will be in the same level. From the study we also could know that the panicles of wheat, Kernel weight of maize can be augmented by concentrated fertilization. When the fertilizer used more than 180kg/ha, although can increase the panicles of wheat, Kernel weight of maize, even can increase the yield and biomass, but the rate of yield increased slowly, the fertilizer were wasted seriously. The treatment of N, P, K were mixed which can most improve the panicles of wheat, the Kernel weight of cnrn and so on, then increase the yield of crops. The treatment that concentrated fertilization under land 0.08m, 0.10m can increase the yield of crops more obvious. From the study we also can prove that the P used under 0.16m can improve the yield more obvious than the treatments of Nand P.2 Fertilizer materials used concentrated can most improve the N, P, K use efficiency than the other treatment. But as the same as the yield, the N use efficiency was reduced when used more fertilizer. The N use efficiency was only 10-20 persent when used more than 180kg/ha, and at the level there was no differences between the two fertilizer application patterns. The treatment of N, P, K were mixed can more increase the nutrients absorption of crops(N,P,K), and also can more improve the use efficiency and the harvest index than the treatment of only N,P,K used concentrated under land.3 From the dates of the three season, we can see that fertilizer material and N, P, K were used mixed can most improve the fertility character on soil than the other treatment.
