It is realizable that the fine leveling of the farmland with the technical controlled by laser. It is also the base of the modern irrigated farming. The fine leveling of the farmland is one of the most important preconditions to improve the performance of ground irrigation system. It is also one of the fundamental steps to enhance the water quality of ground irrigation system.At present, a number of research institutes and universities have improved the ability of laser-controlled land leveling system product design and manufacturing through the introduction of technology, integration, technological innovation. But the main research direction is the laser-controlled land leveling system itself, the study on the effect evaluation method of laser-controlled precision land leveling is rarity.There is not a complete method and system of effect evaluation of laser-controlled precision land leveling currently; as a result, we can not give a quantitative evaluation after land leveling. In view of this situation, the paper relies on state science and technology support plan "Central grain production increment and economical land consolidation technology development" project, selects ShangyuanVillage, Wenxi, Yuncheng in Shanxi Province and Yanjianggang farmland in Heilongjiang Province as two test region, which are demonstration areas of land consolidation program, making an intensive study on effect evaluation method of laser-controlled precision land leveling which includes the following two aspects:After preprocessing of coordinate transformation, gross error rejecting and field plane equation calculating , the paper analysis the surveying data of two test regions in Shanxi and Heilongjiang Provinces before and after laser-controlled precision land leveling, using the field surface roughness, distribution of height error and slope error as indicators. At the same time, it conducts spatial variation graphics analysis using slope map, contour map and 3D map generated by ArcGIS 9.2 and Surfer 8.0. The result of test proved that the test plots decrease in surface roughness, the height error distribution centralized and the slope error is small with regard to the sloping field surface.Collecting soil sample in the same location place of cinnamon soil in Shanxi test region and black soil in Heilongjiang test region before and after laser-controlled precision land leveling and soil compactiveness of black soil, getting the content data of alkali-hydrolyzable N, available K, available P, total nitrogen and organic matter. First of all, analyzing the classical statistical analysis of standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the above data.Then generating kriging interpolation figure in the method of statistical analysis by ArcGIS 9.2. Then it concludes that laser-controlled precision land leveling has a little effect on available K of cinnamon soil and a great effect on available P, total nitrogen, alkali-hydrolyzable N, organic matter of cinnamon soil. It also proves that laser-controlled precision land leveling has a little effect on available K, available P, total nitrogen, and organic matter of black soil and a great effect on alkali-hydrolyzable N, soil compactiveness of black soil.The evaluation method in this paper comprehensive analysis accuracy evaluation method of laser-controlled precision land leveling and experimental study on influence of laser-controlled precision land leveling on soil physical and chemical properties in the traditional study, it would be more intuitive comprehensively reflect the overall effect of the ground operations. The completeness of this study will be helpful to construct the system of laser control farmland land precision leveling application technology, so as to complete construction to promote laser-controlled precision land leveling in our country; it will be vital practical significance to land consolidation.
