Study On The Usability Evaluating Of Nanping Tobacco Leaf

Tobacco leaf samplings of different parts coming from Nanping area were analyzed in this paper, the results of Nanping tobacco quality and industry usability evaluation were as follows:1. Concentration and physiological strength of different parts tobacco of Nanping area were rather appropriate. Odor type gave priority to middle with faint scent, aroma qualities of middle and upper parts tobacco were relatively good, the same to aroma quantility of upper part tobacco. Sense quality of X2F were from middle to rather well, rather well to C3F and B2F.2. Ratio of nitrogen and total alkaloid and HTJ value had rather strong regional distribution with Futeng, Jian,Song valley, the results showed that tobacco quality was influenced by valley microclimate. The regression equation of sense quality and HTJ value were as follows:Y (B2F) =-0.7559*HTJ2+12.971*HTJ+18.136,R2=0.8128. Y (C3F)=-0.0547*HTJ2+1.4031*HTJ+66.62, R2=0.6799, but no appropriate equation to X2F.3. HTJ value of rather superior sense quality tobacco was from 7 to 9 for B2F, from 10 to 16 for C3F, and from 24 to 28 for X2F. On the other hand, HTJ value of optimal sense quality tobacco was from 8 to 9 for B2F, from 11 to 12 for C3F, and no obvious regular for X2F.4. The results of smoking quality and cluster analysis showed that tobacco quality of Shaowu, Wuyishan,and Guangze were rather superior, secondly were Songxi and Jianyang, Thirdly were Zhenghe and Shunchang, the last but lest were Yanping and Jianou. Middle and upper tobacco quality of Pucheng were prefer, but the reversed results to lower tobacco.5. After the comparison of redried tobacco leaf of Nanping, Liangshan, Luoping, the chemical composition of Nanping tobacco were close to tobacco quality demand of China tobacco Shandong industrial company.6. Based on tobacco quality analysis and raw tobacco demand, upper tobacco need to low nicotine contents and high chlorine contents, middle tobacco need to high reducing sugar and HTJ value, and lower tobacco need to high nicotine and low HTJ value. The key index were nicotine, reducing sugar, HTJ and chlorine.
