| In order to provide the theory that cigarette componnents designing and material purchasing , supply improved suggestion and technology index, and offer some basis to seek for substitutions when tobacco leaves insufficient,tobacco leaves collected from different areas of Henan Tobacco Industry Company in this paper were evaluated on appearance quality, physical properties, chemcical components, sensory quality and synthetic evaluation, and the main results were as follows:1.The tobacco leaves in Yunan tobacco-growing areas had good general maturity, high appearance quality with orange,stronger colority,enough oil of middle and lower leaves,good combustibility,higer average equilibrium moisture content , chemical components coordinate, higer suger and nicotine ratio.The aroma is elegant and sufficient, Yiliang and Luoping is better at the general positon. The main shortcoming is the upper leaves extending insufficient,thickness and has not enough oil, partly tobacco leaves vein green.The suggestion is fertilizering reasonable and some else measures to improve leaf extending,increase the upper leaves quality,especially improve flue-cured quality and decrease the rate of green content.2.The tobacco leaves in Guizhou tobacco-growing areas had good colority and well distributed, stronger oil, higher filling power,chemical component coordinate, the middle and lower leaves of Kaiyang and Dafang has better offensive taste.The 3 areas tobacco leaves have large difference, Yuqing leaves quality is less,especially the upper leaf is thickness and has large offensive odor,Kaiyang leaves maturity insufficient,Dafang leaves has higher nicotine content, less combustibility.The Guizhou tobacco leaves quality main improving point is advanced the whole,and decrease the difference between areas,especially promote leaves maturity and decrease area offensive odor.3.The characteristics of Sichuan tobacco leaf was that color was orange, with moderate thickness, strong feeling of oil flu, relatively good flexibility, good combustibility,and more harmonious chemical composition. The sensory evaluation was better in Huili, pure quality of aroma, clean after-taste, flavor profile was the mild aroma type. The main problem in Sichuan tobacco quality is that the maturity of the lower and the upper leaves were not adequate, the filled value of Huidong tobacco leaf were lower, the tobacco leaves partially thicker , after-taste was not clean. Production of tobacco leaf should give top priority to improving the maturity, while raising the lower and upper leaves of the opening film, enhance the overall quality of tobacco leaf .4.The main feature of Henan tobacco leaf was orange with good maturity, strong feeling of foliage particles , thicker leaves, larger leaves, looser structure, more harmonious chemical composition, flavor tobacco aroma, more adequate volume of aroma. Problems in Henan tobacco leaves was more obvious which was that color in the lower leaves was uneven, whose chromaticity was not full, partial upper leaves was a little thicker , the ratio of suger to nicotine was relatively low, odor was more obvious and irritation was more excessive. The production of tobacco leaf should be further improved maturity, strengthen scientific fertilization, coordination sugar base than tobacco, especially to raise the quality of upper leaves should be given high priority.5.The quality feature of Fujian province is mainly embodies that The body of tobacco leaves was moderate, the oil was sufficient, the aroma was prominent, the filling power was good, the high content of potassium, the high ratio of total sugar to nicotine, the quality of aroma was better. The main weakness was a little dark of tobacco color, a little slight of lower leaves, and frontage and reverse of flue-cured tobacco leaves color intensity was almost. In manufacture should pay attention to pick early, increase the quality of lower leaves. To advance leaves extending of upper leaf, reduce the thickness of the tobacco leaves, extend yellowing period suitably during modulation,increase the color and oil.6.The quality feature of Hunan province is mainly embodies that leaves large, the body of tobacco leaves was a little slight, the content of chemical components was good, the high content of potassium, the good aroma quality, the medium aroma measure, but the difference between every area was notability. The main weakness was the high nicotine content, a little dark of tobacco color, a little slight of tobacco body, a little low of the balance water ratio in Yongzhou and Guiyang of Hunan province, and after-taste was a little lack comfort of Yongzhou. Improve the tobacco quality of Hunan province should pay attention to increase the heat resistance of tobacco, especially the cutters and lower leaves, increase the thickness of the tobacco, it was probability related to colony density or illumination was not enough. In addition, the whole quality level should improved in Yongzhou and Jiahe.7.We can preferable decide tobacco quality by principal component analysis and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) clustering methodology, it's a feasible method to evaluate usability in tobacco industry. The samples was divided into 3 group, tobacco characteristic was notability with each group, group A content 23 tobacco samples, this group could serve as blending of flavor raw materials in tobacco formulation. Group B content 5 tobacco samples, this group could serve as flavoring raw materials in tobacco formulation. Group C content 17 tobacco samples, this group could serve as filling raw materials in tobacco formulation. The result was provide foundation of tobacco raw materials scientific use in formulation. |
