Cinnamomum camphora chvar.Borneol is one of the best ideal raw material to extract d-Borneol, it is widely used in food, medicine, industry and other fields. Fertilizer management is the core technology to improve the quality of borneol camphor. There is a practical significance to systematic research the influence on the growth and biomass of borneol camphor of different fertilizer treatments in different period, which will improve the quality and make fertilization rational. The material used in this study was shorter borneol camphor wood, which was managed by the Institute Forestry Science of Ji An in Jiangxi province. In order to study the influence on the photosynthetic traits, physiology and growth of borneol camphor in different fertilizer ratio levels, a quadratic regression "3414" modern fertilizer fertilization scheme was used. In this paper, we selected the best fertilizer treatment. We hope that the results will provide a scientific basis for reasonable application of fertilizer of borneol camphor. The mainly results are as follows:(1) With the increasing amount of single fertilization N、P and K, Chl content, Pn and Ci shared the same trend of first increased then decreased. The Chl content and Pn significantly improved by the appropriate amounts of N,P and K and their combination. The Pn affected by the application amount of nitrogen. No obvious interaction effect was found between nitrogen and phosphorus, nitrogen and potassium, phosphorus and potassium. The photoresponse curves fitting analysis showed that under a certain extent, LSP and AQY increased with the increasing amount of fertilizer, while LCP and Rd decreased, which is helpful for the accumulation of photosynthetic product and the growing development of borneol camphor.The monthly variation tendency of chlorophyll content and photosynthetic in July, August and September showed that the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate increased firstly then decreased. The content of chlorophyll and net photosynthetic rate was lowest in August. The chlorophyll content and Pn under treatment of N2P2K2 was the highest in each period.(2) Through making a rapid light curves based the influence on the photosynthetic electron transport rate(ETR) borneol camphor under different fertilizer treatments. Through the curve, which was formed with the coefficient of photochemical quenching(q P)and photochemical quenching(NPQ) of borneol camphor increased the increasing of photosynthetic radiation under different fertilizer treatments, we know that the value of N2P2K2 in NPK fertilizer treatment is the most helpful to improve the photosynthetic rate of borneol camphor. Salt stress under fertilizing inadequate or excessive was likely to destroy the PSII photochemical reaction center on some certain level。(3) Fertilization promoted the growth of the plant height, crown and leaf area of borneol camphor. In the whole growth process, Borneol camphor the plant height, crown and leaf area shared the same trend that with the increasing amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and potash they increased firstly then dropped; the reasonable ratio of NPK could promote the growth of borneol camphor significantly. Fertilization inadequate or excessive was not conducive to the growth of borneol camphor. The content of total nitrogen, total phosphorus and total potassium in Borneol camphor leaf increased the increaseing level of N, P, K then dropped. The content of total nitrogen, total phosphorus and total potassium in Borneol camphor leaf was the highest under the treatment N2P2K2.(4) Through ternary quadratic equation fitted with total biomass of borneol camphor under different fertilizer treatments,which was close with that of treatment 6(N2P2K2). Through the ternary quadratic equation fitted with leaf oil content, which was relatively close with that of treatment 6(N2P2K2), 10(N2P2K3) and 11(N3P2K2). The synthetic, transformation and accumulation of Borneol camphor leaf oil was influenced by the genetic characteristics and environmental factors. Different fertilizer treatments influenced Borneol camphor leaf oil content and d-Borneol content significantly.
