| This study focus on the dynamic changes about biological indices of the peach fruit moth Carposina sasakii Matsumura during diapause period, which can make a great effect on the diapause depth. We hope to provide some new think and methods for it forecasting. Under the laboratory conditions, this study adjusted a total of 14 processing about temperature and time, which two major factors induced the target insect at different diapause depth. These Processing modes can be divided into two parts, cooling and heating,5 biochemical indices were determined at each of processing, such as the total sugar, glycogen, trehalose, polyol and sorbitol. Through the determination, the diapause depth of the target insect can be defined. At last, fllowing conclusions were obtained,1) the peach fruit moth belongs to the sugar—alcohol tape; 2) At the cooling stage, the total sugar and glycogen contents were correlated with the diapause depth negatively, meanwhile trehalose and glycerol content were positively; 3) at the heating stage, the value of these biochemical indices all showed a decreasing trend; 4) and also found two key points at which diapause began relieved; 5) Only in 3 processing sorbitol could be measured, thus as a qualitative indicators to determine the depth of diapause. |
