Carposina sasakii Matsumura belongs to Lepidoptera,Carposinidae.It is common to see that the harmness of Carposina sasakii in orchards causing a decline in quality and economic value of fruit seriously in the North of China.It has always been the main control object in the production of deciduous fruit trees.The commonly used means of prevention and control always be the low level,high residual or high pollution.The effect of the volatiles of the non-host plant on the myocardium,Electroantennograms(EAG)and non-host plant volatile components which were studied by combine biological techniques in order to further explore the green control method.The results are as follows:1.In order to find the avoid flooding effect by Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim,Apigenin,Illicium verum Hook.f.,Garlic,Allium fistulosum,Momordica charantiaL.(non-host plants and volatiles),using the” Round-bottom olfactometer ”.Recording the distribution range of Carposina sasakii Matsumura found that avoid flooding effects are different.Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim is best.Apigenin,Illicium verum Hook.f.,Garlic are next.While Illicium verum Hook.f.is similar to Garlic.Allium fistulosum and Momordica charantiaL are also have little bit effect.2.Electroantennograms(EAG)activities of Carposina sasakii Matsumura to non-host plants and volatiles showed that:they have some effect.Carposina sasakii Matsumura have obvious response to the quality of 15 g Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim which had the relative values of reaction in 193.3±6.8.On the contrary it poor reacted to Momordica charantiaL in 136.1±7.2.With the increasing of the quality of test materials,the number is also changing in a certain positive correlation.In fact,EAG activities of Carposina sasakii Matsumura to Garlic and Allium fistulosum are bigger at first and smaller at next,which were different from Apigenin.3.The determination of relative contents of volatile components of non-host plants using SPME-GC-MS shows that: Momordica charantiaL and Allium fistulosum have hexanal.Allium fistulosum both have DMTS and Methyl propyl disulfide which are same with Garlic.Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim and Illicium verum Hook.f.are also have linalool,Alpha terpineol,Spathulenol and Ocimene There are same chemical compositions which may have important effect by some of the non-host plant volatiles used in the experiment.
