This paper takes Beijing forest nature reserves as research object, and deeply analyzes the component and classification of biological tourism resources, bringing out the classification table of biological tourism resources. On this basis, it adapts AHP method to establish biological tourism resources attraction comprehensive assessment system. At the same time, uses online questionnaires to survey the willingness to pay of Beijing residents on biological tourism resources of forest nature reserves. It also uses the CVM method assesses the use value and non-use value for biological tourism resources, ultimately figures out the total value and classification value of biological tourism resources, and draws the following conclusions:1. Biological tourism resources in Beijing forest nature reserves can be divided into 4 basic types and 22 subtypes, including wild plants, wild birds, forest insects and forest cover.2. The establishment of attraction comprehensive assessment system of biological tourism resources in Beijing forest nature reserves. The highest score is the wild plants, the weight values 0.3296, the second score is forest cover, the weight values 0.2699, then the wild birds, values 0.2102, the lowest score is the wild insects, values 0.1902.3. Analysis market segments by visitors'social attributes and economic characteristics from the questionnaire. Forest reserves have a higher appeal to people under the age of 45, and the target market should be young employees in companies, as well as higher-income business, government and public institutions group.4. Factors affect willingness to pay. There are two factors affect willingness to pay, one is the tourists'knowledge on nature reserves; the other is the preference of the tourists on biological tourism resources. And four factors affects the value of willingness to pay, including family income, level of travel preferences, the level of awareness on nature reserves and familiarity with nature reserves.5. Assessment of biological tourism resources. The monetary value of biological tourism resources in Beijing forest nature reserves is between 6.8285 billion Yuan and 9.6884 billion Yuan. And the value of various types of biological tourism resources range from 1.4 to 8.6 million Yuan.
