Camellia is a kind of trees native to China, and camellia, olive, oil palm and coconut are alluded to as the world's four oleiferous tree species. Camellia oil is rich in oleic acid, linolenic acid, linolenic acid and vitamins, so it is regarded by experts as one of the best edible vegetable oil.In order to maintain the excellent characteristics of camellia, to achieve high and stable yield, asexual propagation grafting to cultivated superior clone is a very effective way. With twenty years of domestic and rapid development of grafting machine, it is necessary to design a grafting machine to replace manual operation.Choose the appropriate grafting way,the related parameters of the scion wood seedlings camellia will be measured, and the size of the key parts of design is preliminary set. The theories of conflict resolution and material field analysis model of TRIZ theory is briefly introduced. Based on the study of the frame and transportation agencies of casing type vegetables grafting machine, use the appropriate inventive principles, selected by using determine technology conflicts,39 engineering parameters and Altshuller contradiction matrix, to design the frame and transportation agencies of casing type vegetables grafting machine. Use materials-field analysis model to determine a small problem of the graft body assembly, determine the structure of graft body assembly, and get the overall scheme of grafting machine.The graft body assembly is the key part of camellia grafting machine. It includes anvil/spike wood clip seedlings mechanism, casing transportation mechanism, casing expanding pipe head mechanism, and so on. Virtual Prototyping technology is a computer aided engineering (CAE) technology which is gradually applied to agricultural engineering machinery with the development of science and technology. The parts of the grafting machine are modeled, by using Pro/ENGNIEER, and the structure of the machine is simplified. In the Pro/Mechanism mode, the clip seedlings mechanism and casing transportation mechanism that time spent is analyzed so as to corresponding analyze the movement performance of machine.
