China's bamboo resources are extremely rich,bamboo resources as a renewable resource,and at the same time have economic and ecological benefits,the development and utilization of bamboo resources will be highly valued by people.At present,the application of bamboo is mainly in two directions: one is the use of raw bamboo,and the other is processing and reuse.The development and utilization rate of bamboo resources depends on the processing efficiency and cost of bamboo.The primary and important part of bamboo processing is bamboo processing.The existing bamboo processing machinery has simple structure and poor safety,and still uses manual feeding.Low,invisible increases the processing cost,resulting in low economic benefits,therefore,the need to develop a new type of bamboo breaking machine to replace the old bamboo breaking machine.According to the characteristics of bamboo,this paper creatively designed the bamboo centering mechanism and the inner joint mechanism,which can achieve accurate centering and carry out the bamboo and bamboo at the same time.Using SolidWorks software to complete the modeling and overall assembly of the new bamboo breaking machine.The process,using Ansys finite element analysis software,static and modal analysis of the cutterhead and push plate,and verifying the bamboo-breaking effect of the bamboo-breaking machine through experiments.The main research results include:(1)According to the design requirements of the new bamboo breaking machine and the analysis of important institutions,the overall plan of the bamboo breaking machine was determined,the working principle was explained,and the feeding mechanism,the centering mechanism,the supporting mechanism,the bamboo structure and the knife were determined.The structure of important components such as the disc mechanism.(2)Parameter analysis and determination of the structure of important parts of bamboo breaking machine,including calculation and selection of pulley and motor,according to the shape characteristics of the inner wall of bamboo,design a bamboo joint mechanism capable of adapting the inner wall of bamboo tube,which will go well The bamboo knot is combined with the broken bamboo.(3)Using SolidWorks software to build parts of the broken bamboo machine,complete the assembly of the parts,the matching relationship between the various parts is assembled according to the actual working conditions,and then the interference check of the virtual prototype of the broken bamboo machine is found,and the virtual prototype is found to have no interference.There is no unreasonable place in the design and assembly of the parts.(4)Static analysis and modal analysis of the tool and push plate using Ansys Workbench.The static analysis results show that the strength and stiffness of the tool and the push plate meet the requirements,indicating that the structural design and selected materials are all working.Requirements;modal analysis results show that the dynamic characteristics of the broken bamboo machine meet the requirements.(5)Through the test of the bamboo machine prototype,the performance of the bamboo breaking speed of the prototype,the overall stability of the work,and the quality of the broken bamboo were verified.The test results show that the bamboo breaking machine has higher bamboo breaking efficiency than the traditional bamboo breaking machine.Good,meet the processing requirements;through the processing of 5 groups of 20 with bamboo,the relevant data of bamboo strips,the data is analyzed and calculated to obtain the bamboo strip yield of about 70.1%,the yield and traditional bamboo machine Basically the same,the raw edge rate of bamboo strip is about 8.02%,and the centering ratio is about 92.1%,which also meets the relevant requirements.The bamboo shooter prototype has a good bamboo breaking effect.
