Through systematic observation in fields ,this paper made a research on the diversity of the arthropod of different management in Masson Pine stands in Jiangle Fujian; analysed the diversity of the arthropod of different degrees of human interference in Masson Pine stands in Yongan , Fujian; and made a comparison on the diversity of the arthropod in Masson Pine stands under different prevention methods. The major results were as follows:1. From April 2009-March 2010, in Jiangle, Fujian, 25189 individuals of arthropod were obtained in five styles of different management forests. it is similar during the different management in individuals, but different in species. Species quantity of Hymenoptera, Diptera and Spiders in the management fields were more than those in the none-management fields. According to the functional group, the species and the individuals of the neutral functional group in the management forests were more than the none-management forests, the species and individuals of the herbivorous functional groups in the none-management were higher in the proportion than the management forests. Through differences comparison on arthropod diversity in different management forests the result showed: there were significant difference in the the community diversity, evenness and dominant concentration of arthropod between the management and none-management fields. The scientific managing measures increased the diversity and evenness of the forests and reduced the dominant concentration.2. There were 21835 individuals obtained in the different degrees of human interference. the different degrees of human interference influenced the Species numbers and it showed a decendent tendency while the degrees of human interference increased. While the degrees of human interference increased, the individuals numbers increased as well. Totally, human interference caused the structure of the forest, thus the diversity of the Arthropod and its species quantity decreased, the evenness of arthropod changed and the dominant concentration increased. the forests`pest-resistance capability significantly reduced ,then occurred the intermittently broke of some dangerous pests, forests` potential growth were seriously influenced.3. From March to December 2009, 8908 individual samples were obtained by means of investigation on arthropod community of masson pine forest managed by different prevention methods in Wuyi mountain scenic, which belong to 2 classes,16 orders,81 families and 191 species . The forest adopted prevention methods of chemic obtained 2184 individual samples, which belong to 131 species ,the forest adopted biological pest control obtained sample 3302 individual samples, which are belong to 143 species ,and the forest without prevention obtained sample 137 species,3422 individual. The category and amount of samples obtained from the forest adopted chemical prevention methods were less than the adopted biological pest control. Analyzed diversity, dominant concentration and uniformity of arthropod community adopted of different prevention methods. The result showed: chemical prevention have an distinct effect on fabric of the canopy arthropod community in the biological pest control forests, but have less effect on undergrowth. Both the canopy and th undergrowth maintained a complicated fabric and high level diversity of community and the Specie and amount of neutral insects in diptera were more than other prevention methods.4. Through the investigation and analysis, the diversity of arthropod and its characters should be one of the important indexes in Evaluating forest ecosystem health. The change of the arthropod diversity that caused by the Outside interference significantly influenced the community of forest ecosystem health. With the decline of the arthropod diversity, the structure of arthropod were effected, thus herbivorous pests quantity increased significantly, then occurred the intermittently broke of some pests. The potential growth of forest severely reduced, in this circumstances, forest ecological and economic benefits were seriously effected. Scientific of technical measures and control measures, the forests maintained a high arthropods diversity, predatory and parasitic insects and spiders had a great inhibitory effects on the pests` populations. So that some Dangerous pests` populations were Controlled in low standard.
