| This experiment is aim at studying different levels cysteamine and N-carbamylglutamic acid on growth performance、immune function、serum hormone level、apparent digestive of nursery pig, growth performance、serum hormone level、pork quality trait of growing-finishing pig. This research was composed by two parts.Part 1:The effects of CS and NCG acid in feed on nursery pig growth performance and physical condition.405 nursery pigs were randomly divided into 9 treatments, the per treatments divided into 3 repeats,there were 15 piglets per repeats.Health,28±2 day-age,in a normal development were selected. Animals were allocated to 3X3 factorial experiment comparing cysteamine (0mg/kg,120mg/kg,240mg/kg)and N-carbamylglutamic acid(0%,0.05%,0.10%). 45 days for the whole research, the result showed that:(1) Growth performance: 0.05% NCG or 120mg/kg CS and 0.10%NCG as additives in diets will improved daily gain、feed consumption,decreased feed meat ratio of piglets. (2) Serum hormone level:CS and NCG as additives in diets effectively decreased SS,cortisol in serum, increased the content of GH,IGFs (P<0.05),but no significant difference for the content of T3 and T4,120mg/kg CS or 0.10% NCG in the diet will proper respectively.(3)Serum biochemical indicators:CS with NCG as additive in diet may decrease cholesterol, triglyceride and urea nitrogen in serum,but has no significant effect on ALT,AST or ALP;Adding with 0.05%NCG can improve the ability of lipid metabolism in pigs and decrease the level of lipid in serum.0.10%NCG with 120mg/kg CS work together can improve the level of total serum protein and IgG in piglets obviously (P<0.05) (4) Apparent digestibility:0.10% NCG with 240mg/kg CS as additives in diet improved energy and protein digestibility significantly (P<0.05),and they will get better performance when they adding togather. (5) The antibody level of foot-and-mouth disease:0.05% NCG can enhanced the antibody level of foot-and-mouth disease to some extent.While 240mg/kgCS and 0.10%NCG work togather can improve immune function of piglets and accelerate the level of antibody to recover.Part 2:the effects of NCG and CS on growth performance、pork quality of growing-finishing pig.90 growing-finishing pigs were randomly divided into 6 treatments, the per treatments divided into 3 repeats, there were 5 pigs per repeats. Animals were allocated to 2×3 factorial experiment comparing NCG (0%,0.08%)and CS(0mg/kg,0mg/kg、120mg/kg、200mg/kg). Set up a blanket control group.Raise period in advance was 7 days,experimental period was 45 days. The result showed that:(1) growth performance:0.10% NCG as additives could significantly improved the growth performance of growing-finishing pig and decrease the ratio of feed to weight (P<0.05).There is no interaction with CS and 240mg/kg CS will bring intestinal injury to pigs. (2) apparent digestibility:240mg/kg CS may decrease the enegy and protein apparent digestibility.Adding with 0.10% NCG will get a better digestive function. (3) Hormone level in Serum:There is an interaction between CS and NCG in regulate the hoemone.They will control the hormone efficacious when in a proper dosage.240mg/kg CS and 0.10%NCG can maintain a stable inner environment in pigs,and anesis stress. (4) Serum biochemical indices:Adding with 240mg/kg CS or 0.10%NCG has no significant effect on BUN,AST,ALT,AST/ALT or immune globulin level in serum.But they can decrease cholesterol and triglyceride in it.They have obvious interaction on improving total protein level in aerum,which can increase the immunity and metabolic capability of pigs.(5) Meat quality:Adding with 240mg/kg CS can incease the level of intermuscular fat significantly (P<0.05); 0.10% NCG can achieve a higher water-holding capacity and better intermuscular fat but decrease meat color.There is no interaction between CS and NCG in improve the meat quality.(6)Expression quantity of fat deposition:CS and NCG can also control the fat metabolism,while a proper amount of them work togather can decrease the compound of fat in liver and reduce deposition of body fat while improve the produce of intermuscular fat.240mg/kgCS and 0.10%NCG will achieve a better meat quality.Above all,0.10%NCG and 120mg/kgCS can improve immunity of piglets and good for their growth.0.10%NCG and 240mg/kg CS work togather can improve growth performance and meat quality,keep pigs healthy. |
