Pressed flower(plane drying flower) is the plant art work which is created from the flat floral material, which is the collected plant material dehydrated, color-reserved pressed and dried by physical and chemical methods. Pressed flower realizes the long-time storage of flowers which will not be influenced by different seasons, and decorates our life with all kinds of flowers and plants. Pressed flower can be reserved for long time, with all kinds of categories and preferable market prospect.Peony is famous as the king of flowers, and Luoyang is the main center of peony planting with rich resources of peonies. There the soil and climate is quite suitable for peony growing which formed the saying that Luoyang peony is the top of the world. At present, most of domestic and foreign pressed peony is processed by pressing each petal, which costs a lot of labor, material and time, and is not suitable for industrialized and large-scale production. Then the subject choosed peonies with different colors as the experiment materials, and was to investigate pressed flower, color-reserve and hot-air drying mechanism. Dynamic model of peony hot-air pressing was established and technic specifications was optimized by experiment analysis and research,This subject focuses on the followings:1. Taking Feng Danbai, Wu Dazhou, Hai Huang, Jindi, Luoyang Hong, Hu Hong, Sun, Yu Houfengguang as the materials was to test and determine better color-reserve technoloy. The results has showed that: for white category, put Feng Danbai, Wu Dazhou in the closed glass vessel with SO2 for 3min; no need to do the color-reserved for Hai Huang and Jin Di, because no big difference after drying, the performance is desirable; pigment of red category is complex, and the character is not stable, obvious color changing would happen. Better color reserve processing technology for Luoyang Hong: spraying the liquids with 2 drops of surface active agent, 40% magnesium chloride and 10% sucrose for 3min, and repeat it 10 times with 10min as interval; better pre-processing technology for Hu Hong and Yu Houfengguang: spray the liquids with 2 drops citric acid (pH=2) on the petals for 3min by ultrasonic gas-atomizing, and repeat it 10 times with 10min as interval. Better pre-processing technology for Sun: spraying the liquids with 2 drops of surface active agent, 40% magnesium chloride and 10% sucrose for 3min by ultrasonic gas-atomizing, adjust the pH as 2, and repeat it 10 times with 10min as interval.2. Taking Luoyang Hong as test material was to study the quality of pressed peony after drying in the factors of temperature, wind speed, and hole density of drying board. The results showed that the pressed peony was relatively in good quality judging from flatness, completeness, browning, discoloration, and glossiness, at the temperature of 40℃, at the wind speed of 1.8m/s.3. Luoyang Hong was taken as material to study hot-air drying dynamic of pressed peony, the result was: Pressed peony hot-air drying dynamic model can be described by Page model, and in the formula, K, n are determined by drying temperature and drying board holes density.4. Establishment of pressed peony hot-air drying mathematical model:MR=exp(-Ktn) , Thereamong, n=-2.7723+0.0105x1+19.5158x2+0.0002x12-54.5781x22-0.1074x1x2 K=exp(2.6687-0.0842x1+1.2004x2+0.0015x12+0.4063x22+0.0245 x1x2) x1 is drying temperature, x2 is drying board holes density.
