Cyclosorus parasiticus(L.)Farwell.is commonly used as pressed flowers material in southern China. In the process of saving the pressed flowers material, the green color of the leaves is easy to fade and Brown, thus lowering the quality of the leavesn and lowering both the ornamental and economic value of the works of pressed flowers. There is no researches of the pressed flowers material dyeing processing at present. For taht reason, researchers are in urgent need of finding a simple green processing methods to keep leaves green, have mass production, improve the economic value of pressed flowers works, and promote the development of pressed flowers industry. In this thesis,Cyclosorus parasiticus(L.)Farwell.was used as the experiment material. The microwave pressed method and drying plate pressed method were compared. At the same time, the dyeing method and the color protection method were studied.Dyeing process was carried out by means of exhaust dyeing with five kinds of synthetic dyes(textile dyes, dried flower dyes, neutral industrial dyes, acid industrial dyes, basic industrial dyes)and a natural dyes(food dyes). The chemical color treatment is done by means of hot stamping by using CuSO4(0.01%、0.05%、0.1%、0.5%、1%、2%、5%)+10%HAc and ZnSO4(0.01%、0.05%、0.1%、0.5%、1%、2%、5%)+10%HAc metal ion substitution method. The effect of green treatment was evaluated by measuring the color value of the leaves’ L*a*b* and △E*.The results of the study were showed as follows:1.Compared with the microwave pressed method, the green color of Cyclosorus parasiticus(L.)Farwell.that were pressed by the drying plate were longer. In contrast with fresh leaves, the △E* of the leaves pressed by the newly pressed microwave embossing method was smaller than that of the dry plate embossing method.(P<0.05).But in the damage processing(Light intensity 12000 LX,12 h/day,28 ℃,50% humidity)the leaves pressed by microwave compression was turned yellow completely in the 8th day△E*=32.29.The dry plate embossing method pressed the blade still green△E*=18.73.The method of microwave compression of △E*is greater than that of the drying plate. The method of microwave pressed device is bright in the early stage. But the fade of microwave pressed is faster than the drying plate. The optimal firing time of microwave embossing method is:100% firepower 40 seconds.2.After bleaching of the pressed leaves,It is easy to stain. However, the leaves of bleaching staining are lacking in natural plant texture aesthetic feeling and are not suitable for pressed flowers.3.The most suitable color protection method is 5% CuSO4 +10% HAc for blanching 4min.The blade edge began to soften when the leaves were blanching for 8min during the color preserving test.More than 10 min will cause the blade to soften and shrink into a mass, which is difficult to pressed later. Therefore, the blanching time should not be more than8 min.The treatment of Zn2+colorant for 8min was not turned leaves green at 8min,and the color of the leaves turned yellowish-brown with the increase of blanching time. Thus Zn2+colorant has no color protection effect.4.The neutral industrial dyes and dried flower dyes are suitable for the dyeing of Cyclosorus parasiticus(L.)Farwell..From the perspective of superficial appearance, the neutral industrial dyes can stain the blades evenly and the leaves are not damaged. In that case and the sensory rating is grade 1.Dried flower dyestuff can make the leaves colored evenly, but the leaves are slightly brown. In that case the sensory rating is grade 2.The dyeing leaves of acid and basic industrial dyes were nonuniform, which had a strong corrosive effect on the leaves, and the browning of the leaves was serious, the sensory rating was 3.The dyeing leaves of textile dyes and food dyes can not be colored, and the sensory rating is grade 4.The chromatic difference between neutral industrial dyes and dried flower dyes was small and the difference was significant(P<0.05).5.Surfactant(sodium n-alkyl benzene sulfonate)can improve the dyeing effect. The dry and neutral industrial dyes were tested respectively, and the experimental group was added1 ml surfactant, and the control group did not add surfactant. All of them are contrast with the dye color value, the color difference of the experimental group(△E*dried flower dye=23.34,△E*neutral industrial dye =34.97)was smaller than that of the control group(△E*dried flower dye =26.55,△E*neutral industrial dye =41.61).It is close to the color of the dye and enhances the dyeing effect.6.The scheme suitable for leaf dyeing is 3% dried flower dye(p H=7,30℃)and dyeing for5 s.The most suitable color protection method is 5% CuSO4 +10% HAc and blanching for4 min.Through the damaging the leaves of neutral industrial dyes and dried flower dyes, color protection(Light intensity is 12000 LX,16 h/day,25℃,55% humidity),the results showed that using the best solution for the staining and preserving color, the leaves had not discolored after 60 days of strong illumination and the leaf color is similar to fresh leaf. The color difference of the dyed leaves(△E*=12.25)is slightly lower than that of color protection(△E*=13.06).After variance analysis, the difference was not significant(P>0.05).
