Cangersu is one of antifungal activity material from Xanthium sibiricum. It has obvious antifungal effect for Botrytis cinerea Pers., Cladosporium cucumerinum Ell.et Arthur. After the antifungal activity components separated from Xanthium sibiricum, we had obtained the best separation method . Study on the filtration of preparation and assistant to identify the best processing formula and technology. According on EC processing , we had acquired 30% Cangersu emulsifiable concentrate ( EC ) and evaluated the quality and indoor and field efficacy evaluation.The results were as following:1. The antifungal activity components from Xanthium Sibiricum were extracted,which the antifungal activity was tested to Botrytis cinerea Pers. and Cladosporium cucumerinum Ell.et Arthu. The antifungal components in the Xanthium sibiricum extraction were isolated by column chromatograph and the column chromatograph eluents were six solvent(Hexane,Dichloromethane,Butanol,Ethyl acetate,Acetone and Methanol)of different polarity. The fractions of higher activity were analyzed. The results showed that the six solvents separation method was the best separation method. The three solvents separation method had acquired only one Methanol fraction of high activity, the inhibition rate of the fraction to Botrytis cinerea Pers.and Cladosporium cucumerinum Ell.et Arthu were 87.50%,89.23%.But the six solvents separation method had acquired four higher activity fractions, among,the inhibition rate of fractions of Ethyl acetate and Acetone to Botrytis cinerea Pers. were 87.34%,89.23%,repectivaly;the fractions of Butanol and Methanol to Botrytis cinerea Pers.both were more than 20% .2. With the original carboplatin of Cangersu, formula of Cangersu EC were selected and optimizeand,end its was identified the ratio of additinies. We had obtained the best formulation and processing technology. Formulation of 30% Cangersu EC was emulsifying agent 0203B 8%,DMF 10%,Butanol 10%;Fluorescein sodium 1%,and Xylene 41%. It had processed of 30% Cangersu EC, which was stable quality.3. Based of the small-scale processing of EC formulations and systematic study on the production equipment and processing technology, we had carried out small-scale pilot processing of emulsion and quality testing. The results showed that the all indexs of formulations achieve national standards:Xanthium Sibiricum extraction content≥30%;the decomposition rate of active ingredient was 2.245%;the emulsion stability(diluted 200 times) was up to standard;pH value is 5.6;hot storage and cold storage stability is qualified;water content≤0.3%.4. The toxicity of 30% Cangersu EC against Botrytis cinerea Pers.and Cladosporium cucumerinum were tested by mycelium growth rate and conducted field trials. The results showed that the EC50 value of B. cinerea and C. cucumerinum to 30% Cangersu EC were 0.4718 and 0.9586 mg/mL, respecctively. 30% Cangersu EC had protective effects and therapeutic effects against 2 kinds of fungi, the protective effects were better than therapeutic effects.The results showed that the field efficacy of 7 days after the second control of 100 times solution of 30% Cangersu EC to the 2 kinds of diseases were 67.76% and 56.88%,respectively; At 14 days after the second control,the field efficacy of 100 times solution of 30% Cangersu EC were 72.03% and 60.12% ,respectively,and the field efficacy of 1000 times solution of 50% Iprodione WP were 64.17% and 62.07%.The field efficacy of 100 times solution of 30% Cangersu EC to B. cinerea much higher than Iprodione ,there were no significant difference between Cangersu and Iprodione to C. cucumerinum. It showed that 30% Cangersu EC had good field efficacy to the 2 kinds of diseases and lasting effect.
