Ahy1 (Acremonium hansfordii) was isolated from Myzus persicae Sulzer which naturally infected in Yuzhong county of Huangjia village in Gansu province by Gansu Agricultural University. It is Deuteromycotina, HypHomycetes, Moniliales and Moliliaceae. And it has high infectivity to aphids. For researching and developing entomogenous fungi microbial pesticides which meet the climate condition of Gansu, this paper was studied on the optimization of 10% Ahy1 WP formula and middle pilot production process. The study on the efficacy of the middle pilot product indoor and in the flied was the basis theory for use the Ahy1. The results were as follows:1. Study on toxicity test indoor and field trials to aphids, which were effected by Ahy1 WP. The results showed when the dilution multiple of the Ahy1 WP were 100 times and 300 times, the mortality rates were 68.26% and 58.93% to aphids respectively after 96h at toxicity test indoor. The mortality rates of aphids were 46.34% and 41.35% respectively after 5d,and the mortality rates were 72.14% and 66.41% respectively after 10d at field trial.2. Through the optimization study on the Ahy1 fungus liquid culture technology in fermentor the index and the variation tendency of the mycelium content and sporulation quantity was got. In the fermentor the Ahy1 mycelium content was continuously increased as the culture time passing by. The mycelium content got the highest at 24h (0.4570g/mL) and 44h (0.5283g/mL). Sporulation quantity is the highest (1.20×10~8unit/mL) at 32h. The pH volue was the highest (6.18) at 4h and the lowest (4.80) at 32h. The results showed that the best time of Ahy1 liquid medium being kept in fementor was from 28h to 36h.3. By using fresh-box, sterilize white cloth and cling film as three kinds of solid ferment conditions the conidia were got. The quality inspection results shows: the largest volume of conidia was got by using fresh-box that was 8.4284mg/g and the germination rate was 91.52%. But the spore content which was 5.25×10~8 unit/g and the germination rate which was 91.52% in sterilize white cloth ferment were better than other solid ferment conditions. The water content volume was 1.96%, 1.75 % and 1.31% respectively.4. The result of quality inspection and storage stability for 10%Ahy1 WP was as follows: The spore content was 5.11×10~8 unit/g, the water content was 1.87%, the germination rate was 91.67%, the suspension rate was 78.52%, the moist time was 135.12s, the 10% Ahy1 WP spore germination rates were 71.91%,62.88%,63.43% and 24.53% respectively after storage for 90 days in 4℃,15℃,25℃and 35℃.
