The Cang er suâ…¡has obvious Inhibition for Botrytis cinerea Pers. , Rhizoctonia solani , Fusarium oxysporium Schl. , Cladosporium cucumerinum Ell. et Arthur[1].This passage accords for antibacterial component of the Cang er suâ…¡to do the further isolation and purification and appraisal,acquires the chemical structure of the activity substances about Cang er suâ…¡. Through studies on the preparation of the method screening,determine the best solvent, additives and the best method of Screening for formulations,EC and EW.processing the 20% Cang er suâ…¡EC and 10% Cang er suâ…¡EW,and apply to the quality of testing and evaluation of indoor effect. the results of research are as follows:1.Isolated further purified for Cang er suâ…¡by column chromatography ,which was using volume chloroform - acetone (volume ratio of 30:2) mixed eluent.After separation fungistatic component mainly concentrated in the fractions 2 to 5 in the eluent, its inhibition rate is more than 30%.The fraction 3 was the highest rate of growth inhibition for Fusarium oxysporium Schl. , it was 96.79% ; and inhibited the growth of Cladosporium cucumerinum Ell. et Arthur for the highest inhibition rate of 84.80%.After the fraction 3 isolated twice with column chromatography,received 32 fractions,while the main activity was concentrated in the fractions 2 to 6,inhibition of Fusarium oxysporium Schl. was the high fraction 2 (inhibitory rate was 38.25%),while Cladosporium cucumerinum Ell. et Arthur inhibition was the highest in fraction 3(inhibitory rate was 49.12%).Identified the fraction of high-activity of Cang er suâ…¡by column chromatography and GC-MS,it contains 41 major antibacterial substances:Hexadecanoic acid,Octdecanoic acid,Germacra-1(10),4,11(13)-trien-12-oic acid,6.alpha.-hydroxy-.gamma.-lactone,Eicosanoic acid , Methyl 2-ethylhexyl phthalate , 9-Octadecenoic acid ,3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-hydroxy- Benzenepropanoic acid , drop Basking sharks-2-5-Coxygen-6-methoxy-8 - amino -quinoline,phthalate-ethyl ester,3-phenyl-2, 4-glutaric-,2- Allylic-1,4-dimethoxy -3-oxygen-ethylene benzene,phenol acid methyl ester,single-Diethyl phthalate,Docosanoic acid,squalene and unknown substances.It can confirm that Cang er suâ…¡extracted from Xanthium sibiricum Patr.ex Widd has in a large number of antibacterial substances.2. Used Fungicide bioassary,studied on inhibition activity of Fusarium oxysporium Schl. by tested 20% EC of Cang er suâ…¡and 10% EW of Cang er suâ…¡.The results showed that 20% Cang er suâ…¡EC and 10% Cang er suâ…¡EW on Fusarium oxysporium Schl. had strong protective effect,the effect about in 40 %,while treatment was not significant.
