Assessment And Analysis Of Quality Breeding And The HMW-GS Compositions Of Winter Wheat Varieties Cultured In Qingyang Region

The winter wheat is the main cereal crop in Qingyang region, it is significantly important for regional economic and farm's income. The wheat quality is put the highlight in the world by the increasing of people income level and developing of market economic, especially been the membership of WTO. The wheat and its the product which will occupy in the market is decided by its quality, if it is put into force by the wheat varieties with the high quality and the special-purpose, and performs the specialized development, then the new economical growth type can raising, thus improved the Qingyang agricultural economy development and promoted the peasant's income. The article was analyzed the ecological condition of Qingyang region on the temperature, the precipitation, the soil and other climate item, studied the present situation of the breeding varieties quality and identify the problem with the local varieties and other wheat varieties, put forward the future winter wheat quality breeding breakthrough direction and the further technical routes and the measures.The winter wheat, the Qingyang main grain crops, occupies first role in the whole region total food. Its protein content is lower than the protein content of legume crop, but wheat flour is people's main food originates. The protein of wheat still is main protein origin in the people diet. The article analyzed the compose of HMW-GS of Qingyang breeding and Qingyang cultured varieties, then the follow result was obtained:1.Bred varieties in Qingyang is better in quality, the protein content is richer by 3.78 %, lysine content is no difference. The milling quality index is also higher than the average value as well as the sedimentation value which is higher by 25.8%.2.In bred varieties of winter wheat in Qingyang, the composition of HMW-GS is based on types of Null, 7+8, 2+12(60.00%), same as the results of other studies in China which is the quality disparity between Qingyang and developed countries.3.In bred varieties of winter wheat in Qingyang, the types of 1, 7+8, 2+12 are increased in the composition of HMW-GS, the frequency is 37.5%, subunits2*\ 14+15 appeared in bred varieties, which indicates the winter wheat in Qingyang is better than other regions.4.1n bred varieties of winter wheat in Qingyang, there are many varieties of good subunits at one or more loci, in which types 1, 7+8, 5+10 appeared simultaneously in Baiqimai and Qingfeng 1 which have good subunits at the three loci, that greatly effects the quality of winter wheat in Qingyang.5.The compositions of HMW-GS are different between bred varieties and major varieties in Qingyang., 20 types of subunits in 48 varieties shows the rich genetic diversity and the lack of Glu-A. 9 types of subunits in 40 varieties shows the shortage of the genetic diversity, no lack of Glu -A, and the quality is better.
