A total of 128 crossbred weaned pigs (Duroc× Landrace ×Yorkshire)with an average body weight of 11.93±0.70kg were used to determine the effects of different forms of diets and dietary addition NSP-enzyme on performance, apparent ileal digestibility of nutrition, duodenal chymes and pancreatic digestive enzyme activities, viscosity in the duodenum, jejunum and ileum,pH and volatile fatty acid (VFA)concentrations in the ileum, cecum, colon, and morphology of small intestine of the weaned piglets. The results showed:Decreasing the DE of corn-soybean meal based diet adding NSP-enzyme, the piglets feed intake and daily weight gain could be significantly improved (P<0.05) and their feed and gain ratio was decreased. Also, enzyme supplementation significantly improved ileal digestibility of CP (P<0.01) starch and GE (P<0.05) treatment 2 when compared with treatment 1. Total-tract digestibility of CP and GE was increased 6.13%, 9.84% (P<0.01 ) respectively. Adding NSP-enzyme in wheat-soybean based diet, the average feed intake, average daily weight gain and feed gain ratio didn't have significant difference, but they tended to improve .Besides, ileal digestibility of CP and GE was significantly increased (P<0.01) . treatment 4 compared with treatment 3 total-tract digestibility of CP, GE, EE and starch was significantly increased (P<0.01).Meanwhile, adding NSP enzyme decreased the activities of proteolytic enzyme, amylase and lipase in duodenal contents. The enzyme were added to diets based on corn or wheat did not affect pH ,but they tended to decrease in the ileum, cecum, colon..In wheat-based diets with NSP-enzyme significantly (P<0.01) decreased digesta viscosity in the jejunum and ileum of weaned pigs. The addition of NSP-enzyme to the corn-based diet did not digesta in the duodenum, jejunum and ileum. Total VFA concentrations in the ileum, cecum, colon were significant (P<0.01) increased by enzyme supplement.Enzyme addition ameliorated the intestinal morphology. The villus length in the duodenum and upper ,lower of jejunum were significant (P<0.01) increased by enzyme supplement...
