Application Research Of Mobile Communication Technologies In The County Level Forest Fire Forecast System

In this paper, based on the research of the county level forest fire forecast system model, we developed the county level forest fire factors' data report system, which based on J2EE framework. In the system, we integrate Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) and Short Message Service (SMS) technologies. Oracle9i is used for database;weblogic8 is used for J2EE application server;RedHat AS3.0 is used for server's operation system. Through this system, we can report the forest fire factors' data by mobile phone. It is flexible for us to maintain the forest fire factors database. This system can also run on different operation systems.In this paper, we also studied the application of the wireless technology in the interior information systems of forest prevention departments. We developed the mobile address list system and mobile information service system based on Application Protocol (WAP) and Short Message Service (SMS) technologies. By using these systems, it improved management efficiency and extended the way of information service, we can access and share interior information by mobile phone everywhere.
