Study On Cooperative Technology Of Field Investigation Of Forest Fire Prevention Based On PDA

Field investigation of forest fire management is an important and foundational work of forest fire prevention in the world. The survey instrument of forest fire prevention field investigations is constantly improved with the development of science and technology. Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) as the most typical embedded electronic mobile devices has been widely used in forest investigation, and has been a hot spot by now. There are some problem of acquisition software based on PDA of forest resources, such as the collection specification, data and information sharing and coordination operations. The PDA-based software of fire investigation is still less, and have had no successful application.This paper analyzed the forestry investigate research and development of domestic and international, summarize shortage of this stage in forest inventory and collection methods, analyze the investigative processes of forest fire protect, combine the requirements of the "forest fires remote video surveillance and ground emergency response technology", design the system framework for the forest fire protect. With embedded development technology, Web Service development technology, and AO development technology, and combine the SOAP communication technology, GPS positioning technology and Bluetooth communications technology, particular design and develop the data collection, data transmission and data processing of each module, and achieve synergies of forest fire prevention survey system, address more content of forest fire prevention investigation. The main results of this study are:(1)Under the conditions of the existing wireless network, PDA can visit Web Services to realize the fire investigation collection data transmit real-time, especially in the forest fire fighting, the command center stage of the requirements for real-time field data, this way can provide data to command center to support the development of stop-gap decision.(2) Information center published the real-time tasks, the field investigator can download the required investigation tasks and data, then according to the required to investigate, or under the firefighting mission statement, navigate to the designated place for effective firefighting, to achieve collaboration. (3)Forest fire investigation in the graphics data to be collected, the use of GPS combined with laser range finder to achieve the joint measurement, alternative hand-painted work, provide more accurate data, especially in the assessment of forest fire data to provide more precise assessment of aid effective.(4)In forest fire investigations achieve diverse data collection, enriching the content of the field investigation of forest fire prevention.(5)Server system using AO and Web Services, to achieve the real-time remote data processing, such as when investigators need a regional layer of data, you can customize the settings to cutting data.Field investigation cooperative forest fire prevention systems on PDA basically meet the needs of the field investigation, and improve the efficiency and accuracy of data collection.
