The soil erosion is one of the world main disasters and endangers the human survival and the development main environment question. This article gets the soil erosion data by the stacking analysis of Geography Information System on the TM remote sensing image of the Dabie-tongbo mountainous area from 1995 to 2000, and take as the observation data example in shang-tu-shi towns to analyze the rainfall characteristics to the soil erosion influence from 1995 to 2000 in Huo-shan County. The result indicates: above studies the region to be mild corrodes in the area overall to increase, the moderate above corrodes in the area overall to reduce; The land utilization way change for the cultivated area massive reductions, the forest land and the construction uses remarkably to increase, lawn and water body area small reduction; In under pure rainfall amount change perfect condition, rainfall characteristics and the average soil erosion quantity has a higher relevance. In the article, on the different land utilization way to the soil erosion influence, between the soil erosion intensity type dynamic transformation, the land utilization type and the soil erosion structure relations has conducted the research, And it makes the relevant analysis to the rainfall amount, rains lasted, the rainfall intensity and the soil erosion quantity.The result indicates the most soil erosion of this mountainous area is watererosion.
