This experiment carried on a systematic study on synchronisation of estrous and superovulation and their influence factors of Boer goat. Taken order with two methods on Boer goats of synchronization of estrous, four projects of superovulation. In each superovulation project, we discussed the effect of different influence factors. The result of the experiment proved as follows: 1. The two methods of synchronisation of estrous using prostaglandin (PG) twice and controlled internal device release (CIDR) two times adding PG all have good effect. But the effect of CIDR two times+PG is better than PG twice (p< 0.05). The oestrus time of using PG twice centralized within 24h after treatment, while the oestrus time of CIDR two times+PG centralized within 2436h after treatment. 2. Used FSH made by the second hormone factory in Ningbo for Boer goats' superovulation, the best dosage was 280IU, while the best dosage of FSH made in New Zealand was 133.76IU. 3. The superovulation effect of Boer goats in spring was no significant difference compared with autumn and winter (p> 0.05) in Chengdu area. The worst season of superovulation was summer(p<0.01). It testified that summer was not suitable for superovulation. 4. We superovulated for Boer goats 3540 days after postpartum, the average embryos and useable embryos were much fewer than group 5763 days after post partum and group 8590 days after post partum(p<0.01). The average embryos and useable embryos of the group 5763 days after postpartum were a little fewer than the group 8590 days after postpartum (p>0.05). It showed that superovulation of Boer goats should be dealt with about 60 days after postpartum. 5. Injecting LHRH-A3 after hybridization can improve ovulating number (p<...
