Study On Ability Test System Of Pruning Machine Clutch Spring

Tree pruning is good for quality and using efficiency of woods used for industry. As the representation of the highest level of pruning technology, Automatic pruning machine power transmission and speed changing are finished by a suit of machine in which clutch springs play a pivotal part. The abilities are able to effect working stability of automatic pruning machine, so it is valuable to study the ability of clutch springs.This thesis studied on ability test system of automatic pruning machine clutch spring based on virtual instrument. It is used to test ability of clutch springs, and offered the reliable basis for making clutch springs in China.Main productions and results are as follows:(1)Designing parameters of clutch spring were obtained by analyzing ability, measuring dimension and spring steel component of clutch springs made in Japan.(2)Designed software and hardware system used to test ability of clutch spring, which had high precision by actual using validation.(3)Tested ability of springs made in Japan and China by using this system. The ability of spring made in China accorded with using need. But it is necessary to ameliorate its rigidity and flexility.
