The memory effect on host-tree selection of Anoplophora glabripennis adult was tested, the change regulations of growth volume and damage of Anoplaphora glabripennis in the resistant tree species and the alluring tree species in the different time a year and in the different standard sites were researched, the best disposition model of the nine standard sits were selected. The main results were described as follows:1. Inhabiting, feeding, mating, impression and oviposition of A. glabripennis adults which were original from five different tree species (Acer negundao, Populus nigra L. var. italica Moench Koehne, P.simonii X P.pyramidalis cv.'Opera 8277', P. alba L. var. pyramidalis Bge. = P. bolleana Lauche, Salix sp.) were observed. The result showed that A. glabripennis adults had memory effect in certain degree in selecting host trees. As far as inhabiting, feeding and mating were concerned, the memory effect of A. glabripennis adults was not prominent. But the percentages of impression and oviposition in the original tree species were the highest, which showed that Memory Effect was prominent about these two indexes.2. The change regulations of the resistant tree specises and the alluring tree specises in the different time of the same year in the different standard sites were researched. The damaged indexes of the A. glabripennis in the alluring tree changed in an identical rule. However, the rule in the resistant tree was not in evidence. At the same time, we found that in the three times the maximum amount of the impression, oviposition and eclosion was in Augest 5, July 24 and Augest 5. It was also found that there wre two maximum eclosion periods of the A. glabripennis in Ningxia. One is between the end of June and early July. The other is in the first ten-day of August.3. The growth and damage status of different tree species in 9 standard sites were investigated in Wuzhong city, Ningxia. The integrated damage index was used to evaluate the effects of 4 disposition models. The result showed that effect of the alluring tree was observed in every disposition models. However, the degree of effect is different evidently. As far as the growth condition of resistant tree was concerned, the growth of height and diameter of resistant tree in the disposition model 4 is the maximum. Iintegrated damage index(IDI) in model 4 is 0.0321 which is the minimum. So it was concluded that the best disposition models is 1:7 proportion.
