| People would require more and more highly qualitical pork with improvment of living level.It was doubtless that improving meat quality was emphased on animal breeds in the future.In human research.there was some association between H-FABP , A-FABP and IMF,which were some kinds of proteins in especial structure,which have especial appetency with fatty acid.They were concerned with transport of fatty acid in cell.And they could transport fatty acid from cytolemma to the location that fatty acid oxidation and triglyceride and phosphatide syntheaize.They can bond many kinds of gones, strengthen transport ,and divergence of fatty acid from intracellularto specifically organelle or cytolemma.Minpig was very outstanding in reproduction performance.lt was popular for its red in pork,succulency and fragrance,whose content of intramuscular fat was upwards 4.5%. So,to study Minpig genotypic basic would be profound meaning.In this research we studied the polymorphism of H-FABP and A-FABP among Minpig, Landrace, Yorkshire population primarily and the association between A-FABP polymorphism and the thickness of back fat in order to analysis whether the gene could be a candidate gene .The origin studies was as follows:(1) When H-FABP gene polymorphism site was cutted by Hinf I polymorphous, allele H would be occurred. The frequencies of allele H in Minpig, Landrace, Yorkshire were 0.193, 0.7727, 0.74respectively,and the frequencies of allele h were 0.8070.2273, 0.26 respectively.(2) When H-FABP gene polymorphisn site was cutted by Haelll polymorphous, allele d will be occurred. And Minpig display solely DD after HaeIII enzyme cutted. The frequencies of allele D in Landrace and Yorkshire were 0.145 and 0.5606. The frequencies of allele d in Landrace and Yorkshire were 0.4394 and 0.855 respectively.(3) When H-FABP gene polymorphwasn site was cutted by Msp I polymorphous, allele A will be occurred. And Minpig dwasplay solely aa after HaeIII enzyme cutted .The frequencies of allele A in Landrace and Yorkshire were 0.89 and 0.697 The frequencies of allele a in Landrace and Yorkshire were 0.11 and 0.303 respectively.(4)Through sequencing and analysis on 5'-upstream,two polymorphous sites had been examined on 1127bp and 1479bp.There was base G replace base C on 1127bp,and three genotypes had been found first which were EE,EF,FF by SSCP examining.The frequencies of E were 0.2614, 0.96, 0.6174 respectively in Minpig, Landrace and Yorkshire.There was base... |
