We used Guangxi San-huang chicken and Avian broiler (AA) as the experimental animals, using the technique of quantitative PCR (qPCR) to study on LPL and H-FABP genes expression at7,28,56,70,90,120days of age in Guangxi San-huang chicken and7,14,21,28,35,42,56days of age in AA chicken. Detecting the meat quality traits of the two varieties of marketing age chicken (Sanhuang chicken120d, AA chicken56d). Detecting the LPL enzyme activity and IMF content between two varieties of chicken’s breast muscle and leg muscle in different day-ages.Correlation analysis these two genes expression with IMF content.1. There are significant differences between the test results of these two varieties of marketing age chicken’s meat quality traits.2. We got the variation trend of IMF content during the process of chicken growth and development, which increases with gathering day. The muscle IMF content was increasing gradually with growth of SH chicken and AA chicken. The muscle IMF content of SH chicken was higher than that of AA chicken, when these chickens reach marketing age.3. We successfully cloned the coding sequences of LPL gene and H-FABP gene from SH chicken, their length were1473bp and402bp respectively, submitted to the Genbank got accession number JX090309and JX090310.4. The lipoprotein lipase activity in breast muscle and leg muscle was increasing with growth of SH chicken and AA chicken, and there was very significantly positive correlation between muscle LPL activity with IMF content.5. This study got the gene expression of LPL and H-FABP during the process of growth and development of these two varieties chicken breast/leg muscle.6. No matter of varieties or parts, relative expression of LPL gene, LPL developmental changes of enzyme activity and the IMFcontent are positive correlation; H-FABP gene relative expression and the IMF content was negative correlation significantly between developmental change.
