The experiment used different SAPs as experimental material. The simulating experiment was carried out to study the difference of effect between NaCl concentration and CaCl2 concentration on water absorbing ability of SAPs; the difference of effect between ammonium phosphate and urea on water absorbing ability of SAPs; the effect of NaCl content on the evaporation rate of soil with SAPs; the effect of SAPs on the evaporation rate of different soil; the effect of NaCl content on water absorbing ability of SAPs in soil and repeat absorbing water ability; and the water characteristic curve of different soil with SAPs were also studied. Pot culture experiment was carried out to study the effect of SAPs on physiological indexes of soybean. The results was showed as follows:The results of simulating experiment showed that the inhibition of calcium ion on SAPs was greater than sodium ion, and that of urea on SAPs was greater than ammonium phosphate.By the evaporation experiment of soil with SAPs, we can get the conclusion that SAPs has no inhibition on evaporation rate of soil. The daily evaporation rate gradually decrease with NaCl content increased, and the daily evaporation rate of albic bleached soil and meadow soil were greater than that of black earth and chernozem.Repeat water absorbing ability of SAPs was a important index of endurance. By the simulation experiment we can know that five sort SAPs endurance was low and they can only repeatedly absorb water two times. By the experiment of water absorbing ability of five sort SAPs in different soil, we can know that the effect of SAPs were applied in albic bleached soil lessive and meadow soil were beter than those applied in black earth and chernozem.By the experiment of water characteristic curve of soil with SAPs, we can obtain that 90% water of SAPs absorbed was below 0.05MPa, it was easy to discharge and can be used by plant. By the pot culture experiment we can reach that the difference in AsA-PoP activity, GR activity in soybean leaves was significant at P=0.05 between"Haijiaowang"treatment and CK. At seeding stage GSH content in soybean leaves that treated with"Haijiaowang"was the higest and increased by 4.39%.The pot culture experiment show that ASA-POP activity, GR activity and GSH content in soybean leaves were higher as SAPs was used, MDA content were lower in contrast with CK, in...
