A complete growth duration experiment of the rice was conducted in three different phosphorus levels using the method of soil cultivation, which concerned the rice genotype 580 and 508 that could endure low phosphorus as well as routine rice of E.Wan 13 and hybrid rice of FengLiangYou No.1. And both biology traits and phosphorus nutrition characteristics of different breeds were researched at tiller major stage , booting stage and mature stage. The results showed that the phosphorus absorption efficiency of hybrid rice of FengLiangYou No.1 in its growing tiller time was higher than the genotype 580 ,508 and E.Wan 13's in the treatment of low phosphorus, and the genotype 580's was a little higher than other breeds. The relative phosphorus absorption quantity of the genotype 580 and the relative utilization efficiency of E.Wan 13 were the highest in these breeds at low phosphorus level during the booting stage. When the mature stage was coming, the relative phosphorus absorption efficiency of FengLiangYou No.1 reached the maximum ,and the phosphorus utilization efficiency of the genotype 580 and E.Wan 13 were higher than two other breeds'. So each breed of rice have their own absorption and utilization efficiency of phosphorus in different growing stage. Meanwhile, it was dissimilar that the influence of phosphorus on rice at different stage. The treatment of low phosphorus towards different rice breed caused some influence on their biology traits. When the phosphorus level keep in 35mg.kg-1,the number of tiller, valid spike and output of single plant had some decrease comparing with the regular level's. And the relative number of tiller and valid spike of the genotype 580 were more than the others ,and the relative output of single plant was the highest. As for as the transport and distribute amount of phosphorus from the body to the grain of the plant, the breed of FengLiangYou No.1 and E.Wan 13 were higher than the genotype 580 and 508. So the rice that endure the low phosphorus are better than the routine rice and the hybrid rice in the aspect of saving the source of phosphorus.In order to obtain the mechanism of enduring the low level phosphorus in different rice genotype, the single and mixed cultivation trials were carried out with the method of water cultivation in both of the normal and low levels of phosphorus, respectively. In these trails ,the genotype 580 and 508 enduring low level phosphorus and the breed of 99012 being sensitive to the low level phosphorus were used.
