Immunosuppression is a phenomenon that all kinds of factors result in the body's of decline or absence resistance to antigen。There is immunosuppression resulted from viral immunosuppression and use of hormone in breed industry and man. And decline of immunocompetence caused by radiological stress also happens to the man . So the purpose to study domestic animals placental peptide is to deliver plenty of biological active substance such as domestic animals placental peptide to animals and the man in the form of peptide in order to improve biological function of animals and the man ,accordingly a new immunoregulator will be discovered and animals placenta can be made most use of . In our experiment, the distilled bovine , caprine and swine placental peptides were prepared by ultrafilter ; their molecular weights were mensurated by improved Tricine-SDS-PAGE eletrophoresis with urea; their absorbance peaks were got by ultraviolet scanning ; their immnoregulatory function of placental peptides were mensurated by MTT Colorimetric Assay after establishing a model of in vitro immunosuppressive lymphocytes of rabbit , and the concentrations of extracted placental peptides were by ultraviolet absorbance assay.1 The results in the experiment showed that the distilled placental peptides from domestic animals including bovine ,caprine and swine were achromatous or flaxen and transparent liquids, which were dialysable and ultrafilterable .2 Tricine-SDS-PAGE eletrophoresis with urea It was found in the eletrophoresis that the molecular weights of bovine and caprine placental peptides were respectively 4,785Da and 4,386Da , which accorded with the molecular weight range of human placental peptide completely.
