Two hundred and forty 35-day-old roosters of Chinese Agricutral No.1 were randomly divided into six groups on average, (normal temperature control group, NTC, normal temperature medication group 1, NTG1, normal temperature medication group 2, NTG2, high temperature control group, HTG, high temperature medication group 1, HTG1, high temperature medication group 2, HTG2 ). NTC, NTG1, NTG2 were fed in the chamber of temperature 22℃. And HTC, HTG1, HTG2 were fed in the chamber of temperature 26℃-39℃, respectively. Then in each group five chickens were killed on day 1, day 4, day 8, day 10, respectively, 1 cm of intestinal segments from the duodenum, jejunum and ileum were collected for observing the histological structure, the intestinal epithelial lymphocyte, the goblet cells and IgA positive (IgA~+) cell of the small small intestine. The results demonstrated as follows:Under the normal temperature circumstance, Qingliang decoction in the later period of the experiment could thicken intestinal mucosa and promote growth of small intestinal villi, and the effect of medication2 was better than that of medication 1; Qingliang decoction could promote duodenal lymphocyte multiplication and IgA~+cell expression in duodenum and jejunum.Under the high temperature circumstance, the thickness of small intestinal mucosa, the hight of villi and, V/C value of the duodenum and jejunum were high first and low later, villus was sparse. It showed gradual lowering trend in the ileum. The indices of HTG1, HTG2 were higher than HTC, especially in the later experiment, the amplitude is significant. The effect of medication 1 was better than medication2; the amount of iIEL(intestinal epithelium lymphocyte),in the small intestinal villus epithelium lymphocyte decreased gradually. Medication1, medication2 could promote amount of iIEL in small intestine, the effect of medication 1 was better than medication2; the goblet of small intestine showed high first and low later in duodenum and jejunum. In ileum, it showed decreasing trend. Medication1, medication2 could promote goblet multiplication in small intestine, the effect of Medication1 was better than medication2; the IgA~+ cell-positive rate expression of HTG was low first and high later, Qingliang Herb could promote IgA~+ cell-positive rate expression, the effect of medication 1 was better than medication 2 in duodenum, medication2 was better than medication1l in jejunum, in ileum medication1 and medication2 was not significant.
