In this study, Xinnongcaidou1 used as materials, field culture experiment was conducted under the low-density. The effect of different nitrogen levels on the nitrogen phosphorus kalium absorption and distribution, plant density and planting date on the growth and development were studied. The main results are as follows:1.Nitrogen could significantly strengthen absorption and accumulation of N,P and K, and nutrient distribution into seeds. What is more, it could enhance dry matter accumulation of plants. When 90kg/hm~2 of N was applied at flowering stage, total 498.60kg/hm~2 of N, 120.75 kg/hm~2 of P, 297.75kg/hm~2 of K was accumulated corresponded to 13652.55 kg/hm~2 of yield.2. In the low-density , the plant height increased with the density increasing ,while stem thick, nodes, the number branch, the length of branch decreased; pots plant, seeds plant, seeds weight plant decreased with the density decreasing ,while the max accumulation of dry matter decreased. The relation of 100 seeds weight and quality wasn't significantly with plant density. When the yield of 21×104kg/hm~2 was the highest, yield was 15523.05kg/hm~2.3.Under different planting date, the period of growing was shorten with the planting date postponing, while the plant height and the high of bottom pot was increased , stem thick, nodes, the number branch, the length of branch decreased with it is the planting date postponing. Pots plant, seeds plant, seeds weight plant was decreased with it is the planting date postpone , The relation of 100 seeds weight and planting date was not significant; Protein content was increased, starch content was decreased, soluble sugar content was increased first and decreased afterward in seeds of vegetable soybean. The yield of the second planting date was the highest, while was 13594.20 kg/hm~2. Optimal result was achieved with the treatment of planted on April 10th~25th.
