Studies On The Effects Of Antibacterial,Antivirial And The Immunologic Enhancement Of TOHT Compound Preparation

[Objects]TOHT compound preparations is composited with Tea Polyphenols> Volatile Oil of Origanum Vulgare, Houttuynia cordite Thunb,Theanineo The experiment is in order to measure antibacterial and antiviral effect of TOHT Compound preparations ;Through study the normal and immun-supperssed status, discuss the immunity mechanism of TOHT compound preparations. [Methods](l)The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) of TOHT compound preparation was measured by bactericidal experiment, discuss the effects on the relationship between time and antibacterial rate of germinas, examine the vivo antibacterial effects of TOHT compound preparation.(2) The different concentration of TOHT compound preparation were added onto the CEF cells respectively by four ways to measure their in vitro antiviral effect on NDV.(3) Through given TOHT compound preparation to normal and immun-suppressed mice's ,examine mice's immune organ's weight , serum hemolysin, the hematology index, serum lysozyme activity , delayed hypersensitivity , transformation and multiplication of mice's spleen lymphocytes, the content of serum'Interferon-y and Interleukin-4,discuss the immunologic enhancement mechanism of TOHT compound preparation.[Results](l)The results shows TOHT compound preparations have good antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli, salmonella, staphylococcus aureus .The antibacterial rates of them have some rules which are effected by the time and the concentration of the TOHT compound preparation. When use mice infect bacteria experimentalize, they can have good protection for disease.(2) The TOHT compound preparation have better antivirual effect if they are given before the virus added onto the CEF cells .Under safe concentration ,the antiviral effect and the concentration have a positive relationship.The experiment indicate that The TOHT compound preparation have centain anti-NDV function.(3)The TOHT compound preparation can significantly increase the normal andimmun-suppressed mice' immune organ index, enhance the level of serum hemolysin,...
