The present study observes the dynamic change of follicles and corpus luteal and follicular waves by B-mode ultrasonic scanner technology.The experiments were carried out to optimize the effect of synchronization of estrus, super-ovulation and embryo transfer, and evaluated the effect of reproduction control by different hormone treatments during the Synchronization and the superovulation of the young crossbred heifers, for a better understanding of ovarian function and controlling ovulation.In the 1 st experiment the cattle was made to induce synchronous estrus by cloprostend sodium, the effects of the synchronous estrous were compared.the significantly different was found with the B-mode ultrasonic scanner technology, results showed that: records were induced for estrous synchronization injected cloprostend sodium, 15 of the 20 were observed in estrus .the number of domination follicle is 5.07 ±1.94 in the estrus synchronization and the number were positively correlated significantly with the day of estrus cycle (r=0.73 p<0.01)of the 15 have three kind of wave .that is ,two follicle wave ,three follicle wave ,four follicle wave ,and the percentage of three follicle wave is 73.33%the percentage of two four follicle wave both are 13.33%.In the 2nd experiment we Studied on the ovarian dynamic development pattern of ovarian follicle in crossbred cattle with the B-mode ultrasonic scanner technology and analyzed effects of superovulation,and the crossbred cattle were super-ovulated with same dosage FSH-PG treatment ,from the day of super-ovulation to flushing embryo (day 7,oestrous =day 0). progesterone(P4) and estradiol (E2)levels in the serum of 10 cattle were studied ,it is concluded that the serum E2 and the serum P4 concentration at any time were quantified ,at heat the number of follicle on average is 15.50±4.31,the concentration of P4 is 0.086+0.02ng/ml.on the day before the super-ovulation the number of large follicle is 2.80±1.23.the concentration of P4 is 0.277+±0.03ng/ml and the concentration of E2 is 5.02 ± 0.86pg/ml.at flushing, the number of the corpora luteal is 13.73 ±1.91 by B-mode ultrasonic, the concentration of P4 is 0.226 ± 0.003 and the concentration of E2 is 5.22±1.06pg/ml.the number of the corpora luteal is 7.9 + 2.85 by recta palpation.The embryos were collected from the tip of uterus on the 7th day after estrus and mating the results indicated the successful rate of embryo collection was 100% (10/10).the average number of embryos per cattle was 4.2 + 3.16.In the 3rd experiment research achievements of the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cysts in...
