This research project is the use of the unique conditions feeding a Xinjiang wild male argali inShihezi City West Park Zoo, on the basis of argali sheep crossbreeding work for many years,The argali F1ewes were studied on estrus synchronization, super ovulation, artificialinsemination, and the breeding of hybrid generation, the two generation of Lamb onconservation technology, and achieved certain results.1.Study of argali F1ewes estrus synchronization techniqueUse embedded progesterone vaginal suppository sponge (CIDR) method with the use ofprostaglandin (PG) and pregnant mare serum gonadotropin (PMSG) on30argali hybridgeneration ewes, five adult Xinjiang hairs ewes,12Xinjiang adult hirsute ewes,25sheepand four Bashibai Euler Tibetan sheep were treated the same period of estrus, and estrussynchronization results were compared, the results showed estrus synchronization argali sheephybrid generation was90%, Pakistan even worship the same period of estrus was84%, sheepestrus synchronization rate of76.19%,other varieties, hybrid generation argali sheep andsheep estrus rate between Bashibai sheep and other species was not significant (P>0.05),sheep and Bashibai other varieties of sheep estrus rate difference was not significant (P>0.05).In estrus rate each sheep after injection330IU PMSG treatment sheep injected with eachestrus rate differences400IU PMSG treatment was not significant (P>0.05).2.Study on Super ovulation of sheep crossbred ewesThrough the study of argali F1ewes estrus synchronization, super ovulation, uterineinsemination, embryo fertilization and implantation, the understanding and grasp of the argalicrossbred ewes estrus synchronization, uterine insemination, super ovulation, embryoinsemination and pregnancy result. The results showed that:4argali crossbred ewes (donor)in48hours after the treatment of estrus synchronization in estrus, at48hours after uterineinsemination embryos of26available embryos, were8cell embryo, embryo transfer receptorewe conception rate of transfer in sheep, the conception rate was36%(9/25);18only thesheep uterine insemination fecundation rate was83.33%(15/18), significant differencesbetween the two (P<0.01).3.Study of different insemination method to improve conception effectIn order to compare semen and vaginal uterine cervix insemination of argaliF1ewes (F1)affect the conception, conception rate and the lambing rate, special argali crossing on ShiheziWest Park Zoo breeding generation ewes(F1), Xinjiang Merino, Xinjiang coarse wool sheepwere group and estrus synchronization, the uterus angle insemination and vagina cervixinsemination were in clinical determine estrus, the number more than5months ofobservation and lambing and lambing after, statistics and computing conception rate and littersize. The test results show: Argali F1ewes uterine insemination ewe pregnancy rate was96%(24/25), vaginal insemination ewe pregnancy rate was40%(2/5), significant differencesbetween the two (P<0.01); domestic sheep uterine horn insemination ewe pregnancy rate was90.9%(10/11), vaginal insemination ewe pregnancy rate was33.3%(2/6), significantdifferences between the two (P<0.01). Argali hybrid sheep and domestic sheep uterineinsemination fecundation rate showed no significant difference (P>0.05), vaginalinsemination fecundation rate difference was not significant (P>0.05).4replacement of antibiotics with probiotics on reducing lamb diarrhea and effect observation61test lamb group, test group and control group lamb at3days of age perfusion ofenrofloxacin0.5g/only, once a day, orally administered3D, after a week, until two monthsold lamb lamb; experimental group at3days of age perfusion of EM bacterial liquid1mL/only, successive perfusion of3D after a week, administered until eight weeks of age, lamb,lamb diarrhea incidence of observation statistics, results show that: the application ofprobiotics and antibiotics treated lamb diarrhea incidence in the feeding of21d have nosignificant difference (P>0.05), significant differences in28d-42d (P<0.05), in the42-26ddifference was significant (P<0.01) with the replacement of antibiotics with probiotics,prevention of lamb diarrhea had significant and long-term effects.
