In this experiment, seventy-two 130-day-old pigs with average weight 60kg were divided randomly into three groups(There is no significant difference between the three groups by statistical analyzing). Each group was assigned 3 replicates and 8 per replicate The basic diets of testing group 1 was supplied with 0.05% metalloproteinase. And testing group 2 with 0.1% metalloproteinase. The control group was not fed with any metalloproteinase. Feed experiment lasted for 40 days. The results were shown as follows:The daily body gain of feed were significantly increased(p<0.05); The outward digestion rates of crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber and phosphorus in test 1 and 2 were increased; but the digestion rate of crude ash was reduced (p<0.05);the digestion rate of calcium was increased in test 1 (p<0.05). eye muscle area tenderloin weight Body weight, slaughter rate were all increased (p<0.05). 0.1% metalloproteinase can increase the contents of nutmeg acid peanut acid seventeen creosote.. palm oil acid oleic acid(P<0.05); palm acid and the total saturated fatty acid(p<0.05) were reduced.
