Experiment one:Effects of metalloprotease on Piglets ProductivityIn current study, thirty 40-day-old piglets with average bodyweight 11kg were divided randomly into three groups, 10 piglets per group (There is no significant difference between the three groups by statistical analyzing). The basic diet of testing group 1 was supplemented with 0.05% metalloprotease and the testing group 2 with 0.1% metalloptease. The control group was not fed with any metalloptease. Feed experiment lasted for 43 days until the body weight of the piglets increased to 30kg. The results were shown as follows:1) The utilization ratio of feed was significantly increased (p<0.01) by addition of metalloptease in the diets of testing groups, but the body weights of piglets in the testing group were not significantly increased (p>0.05); The outward digestion ratios of crude protein and crude fat in testing group were significantly increased (p<0.05),2) Brightness hair, florid complexion , plumpy muscles and good body were observed in the test groups.Experiment two:Effects of metalloprotease on Fattening Pigs ProductivityFifty-four 130-day-old pigs with average weight 60kg were divided into six groups depending on the close body weight, similar cote, healthy body, close genetic, same sex, and average days were 130 days. The basic diet of testing group 1 was supplemented with 0.05% metalloprotease. And testing group 2 with 0.1% metalloprotease. The control group was not fed with any metalloptease. Feed experiment lasted for 40 days until the pigs to be sold. The effects of metalloprotease on productivity, biochemical characters of blood, carcass quality, meat characteristicsand dejecta quantity of the pigs were studied in this experiment. The results were shown as follows:l)The daily body gain(p<0.05) and utilization rate (P<0.01) of feed were significantly increased; The outward digestion rates of crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber and phosphorus in test 1 and 2 were increased, but the digestion rate of crude ash was reduced in group 2 (p<0.05), the digestion rate of calcium was increased (p<0.05).2)The propyl, serum protein and amylase were all increased in groups 1 and 2, serum alkalescent and serum calcium were both increased in group 2 (p<0.05). Serum glucose in group 1 and 2 and azoturia in group 1 and serum phosphorus in group 2 were reduced (P<0.05).3)Body weight, slaughter rate, eye muscle area, body length and average weight were all increased (p<0.05), brightness hair without cross, florid complexion, plumpy muscles and good body were observed in the testing groups;but viscera weight was not significantly changed (p>0.05).4) 0.1% metalloprotease can increase the contents of nutmeg acid> palm oil acid ^ oleic acid(P<0.05), palm acid the total saturated fatty acid(p<0.05) were reduced, little EPA and DHA were appeared.
