Discussion And Implementation Of Forest Resources Information Service System Technical Solution

With the rapid development of the Web technology and people's increasing need to the geography information system,it has already become the inevitable trend of the GIS development to use Internet to release the space data on the Web,and provide browsing,searching and analytical function of the space data for the customer.For reflecting a basic circumstance of the forest resources management and the ecosystem variety completely, monitoring of the forest health condition strengtheningly, and realizing the comprehensive evaluation of the forest resources and the ecosystem condition,it is necessary to building up an efficient, convenient information service system in the forestry section.According to the demand of forest resources space information management and the space information commonly shared, depending on'National Forest Resources Database Experimental Demonstration Item', in this paper, we discussed the technic solution of WebGIS-based forest resources information service system, carried on the system analysis to the forest resources information service system, chose an reasonable technic solution, and built up a forest resources information service system. Also, in this paper, we carried out parts of functions of the WebGIS-based forest resources information service system, such as forestry basic circumstance, sketch operating, information ordering, forest information releasing, monitoring offices information, file information etc.Practice has proved that the solution of this system is reasonable, practical, efficient, and cost-low. All these will provide a good reference to other forestry section to develop WebGIS-based forest resources information service system.
