| Daidzein was a kind of isflavonic phytoestrogen. It had the same weak activity as male animal eatogenic and could increase the number of cytosol estradiol receptor in mammary gland, pituitary gland and hypothalamus that affected the mechanism of heuroendocrine regulation in the growth of animals. Many studies published had indicated daidzein could improve the weigh gain, fertilitu and immunity of animals.In order to improve the feeding of animals, there are many studies on ruminant nutrition and metabolize, this experiment is major on studies of different dosage of Daidzein in feeding, and find out the suitable dosage of Daidzein to accelerate the growth of little tail han sheep and improve the immunity.In the experiment we use self-contrast ways, and use 5 male healthy little tail han sheep about 3 months old 20kg weight from the same farm. The 1st period is control period ,2nd is low dosage period (3 mg/kg) and the 3rd period is high dosage period (6 mg/kg). Daidzein is mixed with daily feeding by 3mg/kg and 6mg/kg.and each little tail han sheep have 100g everyday.The results are as follow:Daidzein has significant influence on the body weight gain of little tail han sheep (P<0.01). In the control period the result is 0.17±0.02 kg/week In the low dosage period the result is 0.77±0.06 kg /week, in the high dosage period the result is 0.9±0.05 kg./week. There is significant difference between the low dosage period and the control period (P<0.01), there is no significant difference between the low dosage period and the high dosage period (P>0.05).Daidzein can improve the micro protein level of rumen microorganism. In the control period the result is 0.301±0.062 mg/kg. In the low dosage period the result is 0.368±0.032 mg/kg, in the high dosage period the result is 0.490±0.074 mg/kg.there is no significant difference between the low dosage period and the control period (P>0.05), there is significant difference between the low dosage period and the high dosage period (P<0.05).Daidzein has significant influence on improving the RNA level of rumen microorganism. In the control period the result is 11.05±1.00mg/ml. In the low dosage period the result is 42.40±1.20mg/ml, in the high dosage period the result is 43.31±0.41mg/ml. There is significant difference between the low dosage period and the control period (P<0.05), there is no significant difference between the low dosage period and the high dosage period (P>0.05).Daidzein has significant influence on active the TDHA rumen liquid.
